The tour to the Mountain of Colors (Vinicunca) is designed to offer a well-organized and unhurried experience, starting early to enjoy the landscape with greater tranquility. Meeting and pickup
Pick-up takes place at hotels located in the historic center of Cusco.
Guests must wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
A duly identified agency staff member will conduct the pick-up.

1Cusco
We pick you up from your hotel located in the historic center of Cusco between 04:00 and 04:30 a.m., and then start the journey to the south of the region, starting a day surrounded by Andean landscapes.

2Cusipata
We will travel approximately 2 hours through Andean landscapes, rural communities and inter-Andean valleys until we reach Cusipata, where we will enjoy a buffet breakfast. Then we will continue the tour for about 1 more hour to the village from where we will start the hike to the Mountain of Colors.

After a short transfer to the starting point, we begin a hike of about 1 to 2 hours, traveling high mountain trails surrounded by mountains, alpacas and high Andean landscapes, at a moderate pace and with stops for rest and photographs, until we reach the Mountain of Colors – Vinicunca (5,036 m a.s.l.), where we will have free time to explore, take photographs and know, with the explanation of the guide, the geological history that gave rise to its stunning natural colors, enjoying unique panoramic views of the Andean mountain range.

4Cusipata
We begin the descent along the same path to the starting point of the hike and then return to Cusipata, where we will enjoy a buffet lunch at a local tourist restaurant.

5Plaza Regocijo (Kusipata)
We begin the return trip to the city of Cusco, with an arrival at approximately 5:00 p.m., leaving them near the Plaza de Armas for comfort.
