Our stunning rooms are super easy to find and reach! Right at U4, Hietzing. Simply go the big beautiful building when at the plaza (Mc Donald also found a home there ; ). It is only 12 min from Westbahnhof (S60), 14 min from Karlsplatz (U4).

What to expect

Step into bright, elegant rooms just a stone’s throw from Schönbrunn Palace Gardens, and create your own Viennese apple strudel—hands in flour, laughter all around, and the comforting scent of apples and cinnamon in the air. Guests from all over the world leave delighted with their creations in this 1.5–2 hour hands-on experience.

At each table (2–4 people), you’ll make your own strudel from scratch. We guide you through every step—perfect flour, apples, spices, magical dough, and paper-thin stretching—and serve it fresh from the oven with ice cream or creamy vanilla sauce.

As a bonus, bake delicate Vanillekipferl almond cookies too. With up to 10 tables across two rooms, the experience is perfect for couples, families, friends, and larger groups. Children up to 9 join free, and private groups, tours, and travel companies are all welcome. Hands-on, delicious, and genuinely Viennese—an unforgettable baking experience in Vienna!
