In a beautiful villa right by Mozart's Bridge, with breathtaking views of Salzburg's Fortress, you'll stretch apple strudel dough paper-thin by hand, fill and roll it yourself — then enjoy it warm from the oven with vanilla ice cream. Plus, you'll create mouthwatering pretzels - all served fresh from the oven with other delisious surprises to make it a complete dinner experience.

The 'Apple Strudel Studio' is right by Mozart's Bridge! Imbergstr. 2, 5020 Salzburg Either up the beautiful staircase to the 3rd floor, or take the elevator on your right after entering the building. 5 min before we start is plenty! : ) We want everything to be perfectly ready for your class!
What to expect
At your own workstation, you'll learn the secrets of authentic Austrian apple strudel — from stretching the dough paper-thin without tearing it to filling and rolling your strudel to perfection. No prior baking experience needed — we'll guide you every step of the way.
And there's more: you'll also create mouthwatering pretzels - many guests say the best pretzels they ever had!
Finally, sit back and enjoy your freshly baked creations: warm apple strudel served with vanilla ice cream, your homemade pretzel, some other delicious surprises to make it complete dinner - and those beautiful Salzburg views.
