Pick-up service is provided from hotels located in the city center of Cusco or from pre-coordinated meeting points.

Once the reservation is confirmed, our team will contact you to request the details of your accommodation (name, address and reference) and thus schedule the pickup accurately.

It is important that your accommodation has vehicular access. If you are located in pedestrian streets, hard to reach areas or outside the coverage area, you will be assigned a meeting point that is close, secure and easily accessible.

We recommend that you be ready at the reception or at the agreed point at least 10 minutes in advance of the scheduled time, as the transportation has a set schedule.
