Visit to the Pisco Museum Cusco Explore one of the most iconic places dedicated to pisco. Learn about fermentation, distillation, and traditional copper stills. Discover the differences between pure, acholado, and aromatic pisco. Peruvian Cocktail Workshop Hands-on class LED by a professional bartender. Prepare two classic drinks: Pisco Sour and Chilcano, while learning mixing techniques and flavor balance. Tasting & Andean Pairing Enjoy a guided tasting of different pisco styles paired with local products such as cheese, chocolate, and quinoa snacks.
