Pickup is available from accommodations or hotels located in central Cusco. Please provide your accommodation details when booking. 1Centro Historico De Cusco
Begin your experience with pickup from your accommodation or hotel in Cusco at approximately 4:00 AM. From there, travel by tourist transportation for about 1 hour and 40 minutes to Cusipata, where you’ll enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast and recharge before continuing your adventure

After breakfast, continue the journey for approximately 2 hours to the Palccoyo Rainbow Mountain parking area. Along the way, enjoy spectacular Andean landscapes and, with some luck, spot birds, llamas, and alpacas in their natural habitat. During the rainy season, you may also see the famous Red River, locally known as the Salcca River.

Upon arrival at the Palccoyo parking area, you’ll begin the hike accompanied by your professional guide, who will explain the main attractions along the route and help you enjoy the experience safely. The hike takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the group’s pace.

From the viewpoints, admire the spectacular naturally colored mountains and enjoy panoramic views of the Peruvian Andes. You’ll have time to explore the surroundings, take in the scenery, and capture memorable photos.

5Cusipata
Once the group has finished the visit, return to the parking area and board the transportation. Travel for approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes back to Cusipata, where you’ll enjoy a delicious buffet lunch prepared with fresh local ingredients.

6Plaza Regocijo (Kusipata)
After lunch, continue the journey back to Cusco. The activity will end at approximately 4:30 PM, with drop-off at a convenient location about one block from Cusco’s main square.
