Guests should arrive at the designated pickup location at the selected pickup time. Our driver/guide will be waiting at the pickup point holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name and the “Take Me To Banff” logo for easy identification.

If guests are unable to locate the driver, they can contact us directly using the phone number provided in their booking confirmation. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
