At 3:30 a.m.: Your private guide and driver will pick us up at the hotel in Cusco to begin this incredible tour. At 5:00 a.m., we’ll make a brief stop in the Cusipata town for breakfast. Then, we’ll continue on a breathtaking 3.5-hour drive through spectacular Andean valleys and meadows with dreamlike landscapes. We’ll also get to see local activities. At 9:30 a.m., we’ll begin a guided tour of the impressive Taqrachullo archaeological site, one of the most notable pre-Hispanic settlements that has recently captured the world’s attention. We’ll explore the most important areas as the guide reveals the history that has remained hidden for decades. From the top of the hill, we’ll also enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view of the Suykutambo Three Canyons. We’ll also explore Maukallaqta, another impressive pre-Columbian settlement. Finally, we’ll return to Espinar for an à la carte lunch. At 3:00 p.m., we’ll begin the return trip to Cusco, where we’ll arrive at approximately 8:00 p.m.
