The famous Dingle Peninsula is one of Ireland’s most beautiful scenic drives with panoramic views, magnificent vistas, special photo opportunities, rich history and culture and a bustling seaside town. Dingle town has wonderful shops, pubs, restaurants and galleries. Kilmalkeder Church offers my guests the opportunity to step back in time and visit the Church, the Sun Dial, the Stone Cross and the Alphabet stone all set on one acre and dating back as far 600AD.

Inch beach is a beautiful beach on the Atlantic Ocean. We will drive from Killarney (one hour) and stop at Inch Beach where you can take a short stroll along the beach and feel the wonderful fresh Atlantic air.
Your first view of Dingle town will be a drive through to show you the various shops, pubs, restaurants that are available for when we return later in the day.
We will drive along the Slea Head Drive along the Dingle Peninsula where you can view the Blasket Islands. This is the most westerly point in Ireland …next parish is America.
Coumeenoole Beach is a spectacular small beach and one of the superb locations where the Ryan's Daughter was filmed.

One of the oldest monastic settlements on the Dingle peninsula. You will see the old church (12th century), the Ogham Stone (6th century), the Sun Dial, a Stone Cross and an Alphabet Stone.
We will return to Dingle and you will have the opportunity to have lunch/refreshments and walk around one of the most popular tourist towns in Ireland with its magnificent array of quaint shops, galleries, restaurants and Irish pubs.
We will drive through the spectacular scenic Conor Pass where you have views of the Atlantic Ocean, Dingle Bay and Tralee Bay. The drive takes approximately 45 minutes.
Blennerville Windmill stands as the dominant landmark in Tralee Bay – where the town of Tralee meets the Dingle Peninsula. It was authentically restored to full working order in the 1980s. It is the only windmill along Ireland’s Atlantic Way and is the largest working windmill in Ireland. Nice photo opportunity.
Take a step back in time with a hotel steeped in history that offers luxurious surroundings within 30 acres of private gardens and woodland. We will stop for a coffee/refreshments before heading back to Killarney.
