Moray, an archaeological center known for its circular agricultural terraces, served as a notable agricultural laboratory, facilitating the domestication of various plant species at various elevations, (agricultural laboratory), this place is enigmatic and mysterious. In 1985 studies were carried out by putting thermometers to each of the Inca terraces,the result was temperatures and climate are totally different in each of those terraces. That is the reason why the place served to acclimatize and domesticate plants and also to improve agricultural production in Inca times.

visit to a local market in chinchero, we will visit at the end of the tour to see how the local people get colors from nature and also how they make ponchos, sweaters, blankets etc
