  Cusco Region

  After the hotel pickup in Cusco, you will make the 20-minute drive by private car to the Train Station, where you'll be offered a welcome drink before boarding the train. Admire Belmond Hiram Bingham's 1920s-style narrow gauge carriages decorated in blue and gold.

  Once on board, make your way through the gleaming designs and polished wood interior to find your elegantly upholstered seat, explore the observatiry carriage, bar car and the dining car, where you'll enjoy a 3-course lunch. Pair your meal with the select variety of wines, among other drinks, such as Cusqueña beer and pisco sour. Enjoy the show of musicians play traditional Peruvian songs with guitars and percussion cajons. From the observation deck, you will be able to appreciate the impressive panoramic views of the Andean landscape and the majestic valleys along the Urubamba River.

  Aguas Calientes

  Arrive to the Aguas Calientes station, a beautiful little town when you will board a bus specially reserved for Hiram Bingham passengers. The bus will go up the road and shortly arrive at Machu Picchu.

  Start of the guided tour around 2.30hrs.   Take the private bus service back to Aguas Calientes and settle into your seat aboard the Hiram Bingham. In the evening, head to the dining car for your gourmet dinner. You may want to join the musicians singing and dancing on the drive back to Cuzco. At the end, at the train station, board the private transportation that will take you to your hotel in Cusco.
