Enjoy a 4-hour cooking tour in the morning or in the afternoon including the visit to the colorful San Pedro Market. Our professional Peruvian chef will take you to the local market where you will see from fresh vegetables and fruits to souvenirs and handicrafts. You will experience the culture of Cusco for sure! Then, our chef will take you to our beautiful cooking studio for your “hands-on” classes to prepare the healthy and nutritious four-course tasting Peruvian Menu. The famous Pisco Sour will be included. You will definitely enjoy this unique experience!

What to expect
Passion fruit pisco sour
Mashua cream with crispy purple corn and crispy alpaca
We will prepare a delicate cream with this Peruvian tuber and a superfood rich in antioxidants accompanied by a gluten-free purple corn crisp and rich in calcium and iron.
To complete the flavor we add crispy, fat-free and protein-rich alpaca meat ,prepared by ourselves.
Ceviche trio
The classic ,with red onion and cilantro
The ancestral , made with tumbo (Andean variety of passion fruit)
The high vibration, with kushuro (algae that grows in the high Andean lagoons) Tarwi (a protein-rich lupine) and camu camu, a fruit from our Amazon that has 60 times more vitamin C than Orange
High vibration STUFFET CHILLI PEPPER with garden salad and native potato cake
We are going to use 3 types of local potatoes in a gratin crowned with local oregano cheese
DESSERT:
Lucuma gnocci with custard apple ice cream and Peruvian fruit mix
