Pachamanca is a traditional, huge and expensive dish, prepared for special meetings, occasions or traditional festivals. This gastronomy tour takes place in Huaraz surrounding areas in local peoples home as to prepare this dish you need a big and open area for fire. It's organized mostly in the families's countryside properties instead of restaurants, in this way we also cooperate with communities economic incomes from tourism. The main purpose is to keep as responsible as possible while traveling by protecting the typical and original culture and lifestyle of local people.
