Your journey begins at the Mercado de San Pedro, where we’ll taste massive Chuta bread, savory Andino queso, and Andean fruit juice. Passing the San Francisco Convent, we’ll experience a hearty Adobo with fiery Rocoto Rojo and sample crispy Chicharrones with giant Cusco corn.
