• After this period, if the passenger is not present and has not informed us of any changes in advance, the reservation may be considered a NO SHOW, with no refund.

What to expect
Pick up from Poroy Train Station:
Our staff will be waiting for you at your return to the train station. They will be holding a sign with your name written on it. Your driver will escort you to your designated private vehicle and drive you to your hotel.
Pick up from hotels in Cusco:
Your driver will wait for you at the hotel for 15 minutes. We will pick you up 1 hour before your departure from Cusco. Feel free to request a different pickup time if needed.
