• Changes cannot be made once the vehicle has already arrived at the meeting point and the waiting period has begun. After the maximum waiting period, the booking may be treated as a NO SHOW, with no right to a refund, since the service was made available.
• The service covers transfers between Cusco and Ollantaytambo. If your pickup or destination address is outside our usual service area, please contact our team to confirm availability.
