• When making the reservation, correctly provide the departure time of your flight. We recommend scheduling the pickup well in advance, considering the time needed to get to the airport and complete pre-flight procedures.
• If your flight changes its schedule, it is important to contact our team as soon as possible to check the possibility of modifying and reconfirming the pickup time.
• It will not be possible to make modifications once the driver has arrived at the pickup point and started the waiting period. After the maximum waiting time established, the service will be considered NO SHOW, without right to a refund, since the vehicle and the driver will have been made available to the passenger.
