• If your hotel is located in an area that is difficult for vehicles to access, especially within the Historic Center, we will indicate the nearest and most accessible meeting point for your pickup.
End
• At the end of the tour, we can drop you off directly at your hotel, as long as it is located within the central area of Cusco.
• If you prefer, we can also drop you off at the Plaza de Armas in Cusco, so you can have lunch on your own and then enjoy the rest of the afternoon exploring more of the city.

1Centro Historico De Cusco
One day before the tour, our team will provide you with all the necessary information and recommendations for your adventure. On the day of the tour, we’ll pick you up at your hotel in our private transportation and begin our journey through the South Valley. We’ll depart from Cusco and travel for approximately one hour to Tipón, our first stop of the day.

2Tipon
At Tipón, you’ll discover one of the most impressive examples of agricultural knowledge and hydraulic engineering developed by the Inca civilization. The archaeological complex features canals, terraces, and water fountains that demonstrate the Incas’ advanced understanding of water management and distribution. According to historians, Tipón may have served as a royal estate, with agricultural, residential, and ceremonial areas.

3San Pedro Apostol de Andahuaylillas
After exploring the impressive Inca ruins of Tipón, we’ll continue to Andahuaylillas, a small town known for its beautiful colonial architecture. We’ll visit the Church of San Pedro Apóstol, the main attraction in Andahuaylillas and one of the finest examples of colonial religious architecture in the region. The church is known for its distinctive Baroque architecture, as well as its beautiful religious paintings and murals. During the visit, your guide will explain its historical and cultural significance.

4Humedal Lucre-Huacarpay
After our visit to the charming town of Andahuaylillas, we’ll continue to Huacarpay Lagoon, a beautiful natural setting surrounded by Andean landscapes. This is a peaceful place where you can enjoy the scenery, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and observe some of the bird species that inhabit the area.

5Piquillacta
Our next stop will be Pikillacta, an important pre-Inca urban center built by the Wari culture. During the visit, your guide will explain the origins of this archaeological site, its influence on the development of Andean civilizations, and its connection to the later expansion of the Inca civilization. The site features stone and adobe structures that demonstrate the advanced planning and organization of the Wari culture, which occupied the region before the rise of the Incas.

6Centro Historico De Cusco
After completing our activities in the South Valley, we’ll begin our return journey to Cusco. At the end of the tour, we can drop you off at your hotel, as long as it is located within the central area of Cusco. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can drop you off at the Plaza de Armas, where you can have lunch at your own expense and enjoy some free time to explore more of the city. This is where our tour will end.

- Children under 5 years of age are free of charge as long as they do not occupy a seat.
- We can include a child car seat upon request, subject to availability and the number of passengers in the vehicle, at an additional cost.
- Because this is a high-altitude tour, we recommend travelers pay attention to how their body is responding and move through the experience at a comfortable pace. Most of the route takes place at altitudes similar to or lower than Cusco's.
