On the Sacred Valley tour we will visit Pisac, one of the most important archaeological attractions of the Sacred Valley of the Incas; A stop is made in Urubamba to enjoy a delicious buffet lunch, then we go to Ollantaytambo, the only Inca city that is still inhabited and finally we will enjoy Chinchero, known as the city of the Rainbow and the textile industry.

    Parque Arqueologico Pisac

    The town of Pisac is our first point of visit, which has a mestizo architecture built on indigenous remains by Viceroy Toledo. The archaeological complex that conforms Pisac would have been built during the 10th and 11th century, during the period of the Inca expansion and would have had urban and religious purposes.

    Urubamba

    Urubamba has beautiful views of the Sacred Valley, this will be our lunch and rest point to enjoy our Peruvian cuisine.

    Archaeological Park Ollantaytambo

    Ollantaytambo will be our third point of visit, this beautiful Inca city, which is still inhabited by the people of the area. Ollantaytambo constituted a strategic military, agricultural and religious center to administer and control this part of the Sacred Valley of the Incas.

    Chinchero

    The town of Chinchero will be our last point of visit, Chinchero was chosen by the Inca Tupac Yupanqui for the construction of his residence, years later the current Colonial church of Our Lady of Monserrat would be built. The town of Chinchero is one of the few places in America where traditional fiber dyeing techniques are still used through dyes of vegetable, mineral or animal origin. You will participate in a demonstration in which the villagers will show you these ancestral techniques. End of service
