Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.

La relación calidad precio es excelente. Dispone de ascensor y nevera en la habitación que está muy bien de tamaño. El personal es muy amable y dispuesto a solucionar cualquier duda.
No cuesta con armarios. Solo estanterías y perchas.
Está a 20 minutos andando del centro de la ciudad.
Fue buffet, aunque tal vez podrian variar un poquito más.

Location near Titicaca Train
We checked-in at 21:00, however room was very cold (15°C or so) and provided standalone heater was not able to heat a room till next morning when we checked. So, we were sleeping in coats.

Hotel was well located, very unique design, and somehow we booked a room that was two singles and the staff changed it for us to a queen.
We thought street noise would be an issue but it wasn't bad.
No warning on plumbing maintenance. So we didn't have water (showers) for the evening. Inconvenient but not a total loss.
