Camera grande e molto pulita, con un letto davvero comodo. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile: ci hanno tenuto i bagagli durante il giorno successivo mentre eravamo a Machu Picchu e, dato che siamo partiti presto per un’escursione, ci hanno preparato anche un breakfast box da portare con noi. Posizione ottima, nel cuore di San Blas, perfetta per visitare Cusco a piedi.
L’unica scomodità è che non viene fornita una chiave per il portone d’ingresso, quindi ogni volta che si rientra bisogna suonare per poter entrare.
Ubicación perfecta para visitar lo alto de Cusco, la buena presión de la ducha y lo amplio de la habitación.
Que no proporcionan agua para beber.
Cumplio las expectativas.
La habitacion tenia balcon hacia la calle y eso hizo la estancia un poco incomoda al lado del hospedaje habia una botilleria que hacen como mini fiestas y la bulla no dejaba descansar es anexo al hospedaje pero es un punto a considerar.
La pulizia, il fatto che ci sia il riscaldamento in camera. E dovendo uscire alle 04:00 ci hanno preparato la colazione da portar via.

The first night was very noisy from the street and a party. The second night the staff helped me move to a quieter room which was great.

colazione scadente e con pochissima scelta, che viene servita nella zona reception perché non c’è una sala colazione. nel bagno c’era un fortissimo odore di vernice che ci ha costretto a tenere aperta la finestra nonostante il freddo.
Excelente ubicación, habitación amplia y limpia, cama muy cómoda y amplia, buen desayuno buffet (fresco y bastante variado para un alojamiento pequeño)
Hay algunos problemas de ruido. Se escuchaba desde el 3er piso no solo lo que sucede en algunas otras habitaciones (duchas, conversaciones en voz alta), sino que por ratos se sienten ruidos de trabajos de remodelación etc que vienen de edificios contiguos y que a veces pueden ocurrir más allá de horas laborales normales.

Extremely disappointing stay – the room is completely unsuitable for a good night’s sleep
Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel has been extremely disappointing, mainly because of the room I was assigned.
I was given a ground-floor room located immediately next to the reception, the main entrance and the kitchen/bar area. This would already be a questionable choice for a hotel room, but the situation is made significantly worse by the fact that the main entrance has a doorbell.
Throughout the entire night, I could constantly hear the doorbell ringing every time someone entered the hotel, as well as people coming and going, conversations and all the activity taking place at reception. As a result, I was repeatedly woken up and was essentially unable to sleep.
The situation became even worse from around 6:30 a.m. onwards, when the kitchen started operating. I could clearly hear the staff preparing breakfast, blending fruit, preparing eggs and carrying out all the usual kitchen activities. From around 7:00 a.m., guests began ordering at the bar, while reception was also busy answering questions and providing information.
In other words, this room is effectively located in the middle of the hotel’s main operational areas. There is virtually no separation between the room and the reception, entrance and kitchen.
I find it unacceptable that a room in such a location is offered to guests without making them fully aware of the situation beforehand. A hotel room should provide, at the very least, reasonable conditions for sleeping and resting. Unfortunately, this room simply does not.
I have travelled extensively and understand that hotels can sometimes be noisy, but this was not an occasional inconvenience or a minor issue. I literally did not get a proper night’s sleep because of the constant noise throughout the night and from the early morning onwards.
