Auka es un pequeño hotel, con una linda terraza donde se puede apreciar Cusco. El desayuno es excelente, con variedad de cosas. La habitación es amplia y cómoda. Muy buena atención tanto en la recepción cómo en el desayuno. Buena ubicación en pleno San Blas pero en una calle muy tranquila.
La primer habitación que nos ofrecieron era una habitación ciega, si bien es la que tiene el jacuzzi no tiene ninguna ventana, ni luz natural o ventilación. El personal se mostró muy dispuesto y finalmente nos quedamos en otra habitación que si tenia ventanas aunque altas y bañera.

The view from the room and breakfast floor was incredible. The bed was large and comfortable. Hot shower available. Breakfast was very nice and staff are all friendly. Highly recommended:)
Not too negative, but the hotel is located a bit far from the city center, and you need to go up the hill. We used uber to go back to the hotel. Not so many restaurants nearby. Laundry service was a little expensive. I ordered it at 9am, and they can give me clothes back on the same day only if I choose “express” which costs more. Normal: 10 sol/kg, Express: 15 sol/kg
After a long leg of flights Auka was the perfect hotel to get a good night sleep. The bed was so comfortable, it's in a quiet little area of San Blas and the breakfast was delicious and abundant! Highly recommend.

Friendly staff and clean room. Breakfast involved a good buffet with a city view and eggs cooked however you wanted.
Shower was a partitioned off section of the bedroom with no extractor fan meaning steam filled the bedroom. This required the window to be open which was cold and the moisture went in the bedroom. Also the main hotel door was opened by a remote doorbell, but sometimes it was not promptly attended to, meaning you had to wait on the street for up to 5-10 mins.

The staff made our stay at Auka Boutique San Blas amazing. Ronald was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Ronald handled the reservation for our outing to Rainbow Mountain, including getting us a great price for the trip, and he made sure food was always stocked for breakfast and catered to our various requests throughout our 4-day stay. Ilia was also very friendly and helpful, checking us in late at night, providing us with local recommendations for food and souvenirs, and making sure there was always plenty of tea available to help us acclimate to the altitude. Also, the breakfast was delicious and the view from the breakfast room is amazing! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Location was great. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would provide packed lunches if required for early morning trips.
Noise levels were not good - can hear every time someone buzzed into the gate. Awoken multiple times by people leaving early for trips. Power cut one morning.
El desayuno que tenia era variado y con una vista expectacular (: y si ibas de tour muy temprano te consultan un dia antes y te preparan una lonchera con tu desayuno ❤️
Quizá deberían hablar la red de WiFi ya que solo en ciertas zonas era estable y si bien es cierto teniamos un periodo de vacaciones teniamos otro de seguir trabajando pero de manera remota.
Lo segundo que deberian adicionar es poner espejo de cuerpo en todas las habitaciones es algo vital cuando te vas de viaje a ciudad tan linda y quieres ver que lo que te pongas queda perfecto.

Super comfy bed, great stuff, the best breakfast for sure! The room had a lot of space, including a little kitchenet.
The wifi didn't work well. It was slow and it was difficult to connect. Also, the heater worked but it emitted a lound noise.
Das Hotel ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist völlig ausreichend, die Aussicht dabei natürlich toll.
Nicht ganz günstig, aber den Preis definitiv wert.
