Excelente hotel
Pros:

La habitación era acogedora, muy limpia y linda. El desayuno excelente (y, cuando me tenía que irme muy temprano para hacer un tour, me preparaban una lunch box para llevar). El personal muy atento y amable. Realmente fue una gran experiencia.

Cons:

Si bien la ubicación es muy buena, hay que subir varios escalones para llegar al hotel (en mi caso no había problema con ello, pero quizás a alguien mayor se le dificulta).

Beautiful place in a wonderful part of Cusco
Pros:

The room was very big and the bathroom very cozy and original. The staff was very helpful.

Cons:

We had a little problem with one of the member of the staff (he forgot to give us back our passport and we realized it on the way to go to the airport) but the others were really reactive, helpful and kind.

Pros:

Comfortable beds. Hot tubs in room. Hot water. Wall heater. Staff were great. Breakfast room was perfect with a great view. Location close to everything.

No sound proofing between rooms.

Pros:

The area was beautiful and interesting. The room was very clean and the breakfast was not too bad. Not as good as at other less expensive hotels in Cusco
The bed was very comfortable

Cons:

The wifi in the room was practically unusable. The property has wifi but it can only be used in the passage way or at reception. This does not work for someone who needs to check in with work whilst travelling

Wonderful accommodations and top-notch staff in a bohemian neighborhood a short walk from the main plaza.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful! Very gracious and accommodating. We asked about using their refrigerator for a few of our drinks, and a dorm-sized one appeared in our room maybe two minutes later! We really, really appreciated that. They also packed us breakfasts-to-go two days in a row. Just amazingly generous people.

Cons:

Things seemed to be or get a little damp in the room! Not sure why, and not a huge deal, but we noticed it.

Pros:

A vista do café da manhã é linda. Quarto muito confortável, bem limpo. Todos os funcionários educados e atenciosos. Se for fazer um passeio muito cedo e não der tempo para tomar café, eles fazem um lanchinho para levar. Amei tudo.

Cons:

A rua, para chegar no hotel, é uma escadaria, mas ainda assim, compensa muito se hospedar nele.

The breakfast area and food, the staff were friendly and it was very clean, lovely area and great location

Cons:

We were in room 101 for 3 if our 8 nights and it was super noisy as in ground floor near the entrance and noise from above. Try to get a higher room and preferably one with a window

MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA

No me dieron la habitación que tenía reservada con bañera hidromasaje pero me enteré una vez había pagado y porque lo dije yo, es decir, que si no digo nada ni se les cae la cara de vergüenza de darme otra habitación. Tras la conversación entiendo que lo sabían de antemano pero no lo dijeron, me tomaron por tonto entonces. Luego intentaron remendarlo intentando hacerme un descuento mientras veía como no podían hacerlo con el datáfono durante media hora. Para más inri, luego les dejé pedido el desayuno para llevar y un taxi para la mañana siguiente, de los cuales nadie dijo nada cuando me vieron. Decidí irme sin más ante tanta incompetencia y mala fe.
