Het hotel is erg schoon, het ontbijt is goed en het personeel is heel vriendelijk en servicegericht. De locatie is uitstekend. Kortom: heerlijk hotel!
Friendly staff and clean room. Breakfast involved a good buffet with a city view and eggs cooked however you wanted.
Shower was a partitioned off section of the bedroom with no extractor fan meaning steam filled the bedroom. This required the window to be open which was cold and the moisture went in the bedroom. Also the main hotel door was opened by a remote doorbell, but sometimes it was not promptly attended to, meaning you had to wait on the street for up to 5-10 mins.

The staff made our stay at Auka Boutique San Blas amazing. Ronald was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Ronald handled the reservation for our outing to Rainbow Mountain, including getting us a great price for the trip, and he made sure food was always stocked for breakfast and catered to our various requests throughout our 4-day stay. Ilia was also very friendly and helpful, checking us in late at night, providing us with local recommendations for food and souvenirs, and making sure there was always plenty of tea available to help us acclimate to the altitude. Also, the breakfast was delicious and the view from the breakfast room is amazing! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Location was great. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would provide packed lunches if required for early morning trips.
Noise levels were not good - can hear every time someone buzzed into the gate. Awoken multiple times by people leaving early for trips. Power cut one morning.
El desayuno que tenia era variado y con una vista expectacular (: y si ibas de tour muy temprano te consultan un dia antes y te preparan una lonchera con tu desayuno ❤️
Quizá deberían hablar la red de WiFi ya que solo en ciertas zonas era estable y si bien es cierto teniamos un periodo de vacaciones teniamos otro de seguir trabajando pero de manera remota.
Lo segundo que deberian adicionar es poner espejo de cuerpo en todas las habitaciones es algo vital cuando te vas de viaje a ciudad tan linda y quieres ver que lo que te pongas queda perfecto.

The wifi didn't work well. It was slow and it was difficult to connect. Also, the heater worked but it emitted a lound noise.
Das Hotel ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist völlig ausreichend, die Aussicht dabei natürlich toll.

The view from the dining room is unbeatable. The breakfast is modest but more than adequate with excellent coffee. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests.

O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente! São muito gentis e educados e com disponibilidade para resolver nossos problemas. O quarto é amplo e confortável. O hotel é bem localizado.
Senti falta de frigobar no quarto e o banheiro não tem box e nem cortina. Outro ponto é que o hotel fica localizado em ruas estreitas e altas onde as vans não passam. De modo geral nos pegam para os passeios em locais próximos (ao meu ver não afeta tanto) pois os locais são de fácil acesso
The first day I arrived at this hotel I was in room 202 which has a street view but a very small bathtub. The staff was very accommodating and the second day they gave me room 205 with a larger bathtub and a city view. The breakfast options are basic but very plentiful so you won't go hungry.
Everything that happens in the rest of the hotel can be heard from the rooms, but this is usual considering the design of the door in Peru. In the bathroom there is mold. WiFi is very slow and often disconnects. The owner of the hotel, on my surprises, has immediately after my check out and before my flight declared on booking.com that I didnt show up on all three of my stays - I was there normally and paid for everything in advance. I'm not sure what the reason. Maybe fear of these negative reviews wouldn't appear or something of sorts. They don't answer my inquiries on this matter so thats the reeason for this bad rating.
