El personal súper amable. Nos ofrecían una bolsa de desayuno por no poder tomar desayuno en el hotel porque teníamos excursión. Las camas súper cómodas. El desayuno muy rico.

La habitación era enorme y muy bonita, sin ruidos de ningún tipo. Tuvimos la habitación con bañera de hidromasaje y fue muy agradable.

Quarto 104 possui a porta do banheiro com menos de 1.70m de altura, bati a cabeça 2 vezes, isso precisa melhorar.

Reservamos quarto com hidromassagem, nos deram duas opções de escolha, escolhemos o quarto e que tinha banheira mas não tinha hidro e o ralo estava entupido. Pedimos para nos trocarem de quarto, fomos para outro que tinha hidro, mas não tinha janela e era do lado da mesa da recepção.
Everything, everyone was very helpful. The food was good and the bedroom was spacious and clean. It’s my second time at this hotel and me and my husband loved it.

Location is perfect! 5 minute walk to the main square. Loads of restaurants and bars nearby.
We stayed in two rooms over 5 nights and the beds were so big and comfy! The views, especially from the breakfast room are beautiful. Breakfast is a small buffet with an option of freshly cooked eggs, they gave us a takeaway breakfast when we got up at 3am for a trip which was great.
The staff were fantastic. Good laundry service, helped us with taxi to bus station and stored our bags when we went on a trek for a few days.
I absolutely recommend this place! Especially the jetted tub rooms!

Lo que pueda tener de bueno, lo arruinó todo lo malo.
Llevamos 17 días recorriendo Perú y este ha sido el único mal alojamiento que hemos tenido. A pesar de contar con una buena ubicación, la gestión deja muchísimo que desear. Para empezar, dejamos nuestra ropa en la lavandería y vino rosa en vez de blanca. El Hotel no se hizo cargo de nada, y solo nos mareó postponiendo la respuesta para que no tuviéramos tiempo de tomar medidas. El último día de nuestra estancia nos comunicó que NO cubría los gastos de haber arruinado la ropa. Quisimos hablar con la gerente responsable en última instancia, pero no nos atendió. Además, el último día nos dejó sin agua caliente porque se les estropeó y no fueron conscientes de la avería hasta que les avisamos. Días antes, se nos gestionó un tour pésimo que no nos llevó a los sitios pactados. Hay muchos hoteles en Cuzco muy bien situados, bonitos y a precio similar, así que recomiendo encarecidamente optar por ellos en vez de por este.
The breakfast was nice; they offered eggs to order. The view from the breakfast room was beautiful.
The room had a battery operated air freshener in it that was a bit noisy and also too fragrant for my liking.
