Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

A água quente não funcionava muito bem
La habitación en la que me quedé era bastante amplia y cómoda, el personal era muy amable sobretodo Abdi y Elvira, me ayudaron a resolver todas las dudas, tanto del hostal, como de la ciudad, además la ubicación del hostal es perfecta.
Que la habitación no tuviera llave o candado, sino que cualquiera pudiera entrar, que la carta está solo en ingles, debería haber al menos una en español
Me encantó la habitación individual. Agua de cortesía y muy limpio. El hotel queda a tres cuadras del centro. Ambiente muy lindo decorado. Bebidas calientes gratuitas en el lobby. Sin dudas volvería
Todo muy bien
I love the hostel network. The staff is helpful and there is always something to do socially. The hostel really helps with that. There is a bar and tour parties on behalf of the hostle.
Too noisy. If you are looking for a quiet hostel this is not the place. The parties and noise were also in the reception and down to the rooms and it is very difficult to sleep when there is a fashion show outside the room.

Staff are absolutely amazing. Elvira on the desk did an amazing job helping me with a few tricky situations and she was so patient and helpful.
Viajero Cusco has been so kind, helpful and empathic with us. I first arrived at 5h30am from a nightbus and my bus company had lost my backpack, but Jair was kind enough to let me check-in early and take some rest.
Came back a few days later and they let upgraded our dorm for some reason. It ended being so hot a night, we asked for a switch (really shooting our shot) and they were kind enough to make us switch dorms again!
I also lost some headphones and kept asking if they found it and they were really trying their best and helping me in the most collaborative way.
Diana and Mel really made this stay feel like home, really caring women and they really made a difference in my Cusco journey. Absolutly loved them!
I finally checked-out at my birthday a week later and Elvira gave me a hug and a discount for breakfast. Im telling you, Viajero Cusco really felt like home.
Other than the great staff, the installations are great. Nice activities, good vibes, clean place. Nothing bad to say. I didn't plan to stay long in Viajero (thinking it would be too loud) but I stayed because of the quality and peace I experienced on my first nights.

It located on a great location. The hostel is clean and very social. And the staff Elvira and Abdi were really friendly.

Personeel was heel vriendelijk Nadat ik terugkwam van de Salkantay trek wist Elvira nog steeds mijn naam en dat maakt het allemaal wat persoonlijker.
The location was really convenient to get around Cusco and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Being so short, the bed was too high for me ☹️
