Generally good to stay
Pros:

Location is so good, all the staff was good, cleaning staff, security staff, especially Astrid y Elvira at front desk was so helpful, thank you

Cons:

Despite having a goose-down duvet, I felt a bit cold at night; the bathroom layout is very cramped and small; the luggage storage area is awkwardly placed, making it very difficult to put bags there (so they end up far away); it is terrible that the towels have to be rented; and the lack of complimentary drinking water is a downside.

C’était plutôt un établissement pour des personnes beaucoup plus jeunes

Le personnel était très agréable, mais l’établi semant très bruyant, c’était plutôt pour des jeunes pas pour des femmes d’un certain âge

Tolles Hostel im Herzen von Cusco
Pros:

Hier gibt es alles was man braucht. Wäscheservice, sehr gutes Frühstück, Lunchboxen wenn man mal früher los muss usw. Das Team um Jazmin und Maria kümmert sich zusätzlich noch um Tourbuchungen, oft auch sehr spontan - danke dafür.
An der Rezeption wird man immer gut betreut, sie idt 24 h besetzt und man kann auch um 4 Uhr morgens auschecken, danke an Jared und Charmely.. Ich war am Salkantaytrek in der Mitte meines Aufenthaltes hier und konnte mein Gepäck problemlos hier zwischenlagern. Ich würde immer wieder hierher zurückkommen. Das Hostel ist sozial aber ruhig genug um Schlaf zu bekommen.

Vale o custo-benefício, mas o conforto é abaixo do esperado.
Pros:

A localização é excelente, muito perto da plaza de armas e do acesso ao bairro de San Blas. Central para todas as zonas de interesse em Cusco. Também está na rota das agências para os principais passeios saindo de Cusco. A equipe é muito simpática e prestativa, o bar e as atividades são legais e animadas. Fornecem chá grátis durante toda a estadia e serviço de refil de água por apenas 7 soles (durante toda a estadia). Também abastecem sempre que necessário a garrafa de água do quarto. No geral, vale o custo-benefício por ser um hostel.

Cons:

Não há calefação. O quarto fica MUITO frio à noite e não há qualquer sistema de aquecimento. Da mesma forma, a água do chuveiro também não aquece o suficiente e tomar banho se torna um verdadeiro sacrifício. Além disso, apesar de haver duas janelas no quarto privativo que ficamos, só há cortina com blackout em uma delas. Ou seja, após o nascer do sol, o quarto fica inteiramente claro! Por fim, não existe nenhum sistema de isolamento acústico e é normal ouvir muito barulho de conversas e passos durante toda a madrugada.

Not worth a private room
Pros:

Solid location and nice airy common areas.

Cons:

There was no toilet paper in my room, the shower didn't have hot water, the room could use more decoration, the breakfast is overpriced and for 100€ you can get a lot more value elsewhere.

Ótimas semanas
Pros:

Ótima localização próximo a Plaza de Armas, funcionários super solícitos (um obrigada especial para a Elvira e para a Azzy, super queridas), local limpo, comida gostosa e barata. Com opção de vários eventos para os viajantes se conhecerem e não fica barulho para os quartos por ser um espaço muito grande e bem organizado.

Cons:

Indicaria para limpar mais vezes os banheiros, em especial os banheiros dos quartos.
