Pros:

Very comfortable beds. Staff was incredibly friendly, warm and helpful. The location is terrific and close to everything you may want to see in Cusco. As it is a hostel and a popular one at that, it can be a bit noisy and I recommend ear plugs for an uninterrupted night of sleep.
