Cannot recommend this hotel enough! Staff went above and beyond for me - kept my luggage safe during my 4 day trek, sent me with a breakfast to go at my 4 am wake up, allowed me a space to reorganize my luggage when I returned from the trek with a bathroom to freshen up pre flight - incredible service! I am gluten free and they even made a baked good gf for me at breakfast. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe and everyone was so kind and helpful. Also just an added bonus it’s in a perfect location to walk to most of the prime attractions but still quiet at night!

The staff were extremely helpful. I booked a day trip to Machu Pichuu through their travel agency and it was fantastic. Pick-up from the hotel, all the connections along the way were very well managed. I had a private you with an extremely knowledgeable guide.
Location is central, everything you need is right there, a market right across the street, shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance.
I was given a beautiful little crafted gift from the hotel when I checked out.

Absolutely loved our stay at MOAF - the rooms are lovely and clean with a huge comfy bed, and the breakfast was probably the best we've had in South America. The location is perfect, close to the historic square but tucked away so nice and quiet. Also the staff are super friendly and helpful.

Great location easy walking distance from main square but entrance hidded down narrow alley, so away from traffic noise. Very personable day time receptonist spoke very good english (thankfully).
Our king size bedroom was on the 4th floor (no elevator but staff handled bags up/down) with great views over the city and it's own extra adjoining atrium with table/chairs and sink. Made it the best room in the hotel. In room hot water radiator allowed for personal control of night time heating.
Made to order eggs for breakfast and coca tea available anytime.
Provided breakfast-in-a-bag to go at 4:00am for early pick-up for trip to Matchu Picchu.

L'emplacement est idéal car proche (2min) de la placa de arma et en même temps au fond d'une impasse donc aucun bruit de circulation. Le personnel est accueillant et à l'écoute. L'hôtel dispose d'un service bagage. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, par ailleurs, vous pouvez demander des petits déjeuner à emporter pour les excursions très matinale. Les chambres sont propres et pas besoin de patienter 20min pour avoir de l'eau chaude.

Very quiet location near old town central plaza with very attentive staff. Our room on the top (4th floor) was spacious with great views over Cusco. Having no elevator the staff took care of taking luggage up to and down from 4th floor.
Takeaway breakfast sacs provided for 4am departure to catch Machu Picchu train.well-appointed.
Regular breakfast included plenty of choices and made to order eggs.
