Perfect location, with quiet, comfortable rooms.
Pros:

MOAF Cusco has a perfect location for accessing all Cusco had to offer. The hotel is set back from the street, offering a quiet and peaceful nights rest. The staff was friendly and pleasant. The beds were extremely comfortable, and breakfast in the morning hit the spot before heading out for adventure. They even packed us a bagged breakfast for the morning we departed at 4:30am for the Salkantay Trek. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely stay with kids at MOAF
Pros:

We had a great stay at MOAF! The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and they communicated just fine in English so it's really no problem if you don't speak Spanish. We had eggs, fruit, tamales, coffee, and juice for breakfast every day. The bed was very comfortable with warm blankets, and there was a radiator/heater in the room if we needed it. Also a powerful hot shower! The front desk was so helpful, and there's always someone there to help in case you need a taxi or directions or anything. The hotel is very clean and safe, and it's in a wonderful, walkable and safe part of Cusco. We walked around the plaza in the evenings even after dark and always felt safe and welcome. I would 100% recommend MOAF for a stay in Cusco.

Cons:

The only thing that was a little challenging was finding the entrance the first day. The Google map is not always sure where the entrance is, but once you see the alley where the secure/monitored entrance is, it's super easy.

Pros:

Very close proximity to Plaza de Armas. Can be a little tricky to find initially as it’s down an alley, but very convenient for walking town. Also, Jasmine at the front desk was phenomenal! She was able to expedite our check-in process so we could relax upon arriving. And she gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and things to do!!

Cons:

We took 15 minutes of walking around after a huge day at Machu Picchu trying to find the hotel. The pin and directions that we found on Google Maps gave us the completely wrong location, on the street around the corner. Eventually after asking at another hotel where it was, and the concierge at that hotel walked me around to a laneway that the hotel is found at the bottom of. The signage on the street is small and above eye height making it very hard to see. Once within the front door, everything is great!

Pros:

La struttura è in una zona ottimale vicino a due ristoranti vegani e vegetariani oltre a numerosi altri ristoranti. Di fronte c’è un supermercato fornito di tutto ciò che si può avere bisogno e si è a due passi da Plaza des armas. La stanza è dotata di termosifone e c’è acqua caldissima. L’affaccio era sul giardino interno vicino alla sala colazione che si può usare però tutto il giorno come spazio relax o per mangiare la sera. Era tutto estremamente pulito e il personale gentilissimo.
