Wonderful. Happy staff, clean room, great location.
Pros:

This hotel is perfect for a stay in Cusco. It’s really close to the main square and lots of lovely restaurants and cafes.
The room was very clean and the bathroom modern with plenty of hot water and good lighting. The bedding was really good quality and the beds super comfortable but the best part of the stay was the staff. The two women who work reception gave good recommendations for cafes, restaurants and transport. The breakfast staff were really happy and helpful too. A lovely place to stay!

Outstanding hotel in the heart of Cusco!
Pros:

This was our favourite hotel of the trip! It’s located in a side street so was very quiet. Our rooms faced a peaceful inner courtyard and our beds were huge and very comfortable (they even came with a memory foam pillow!). The breakfast was superb and staff very helpful. There was hot water and tea available all day long, and there’s a convenience store a short walk away.

Le personnel est très attentionné ; la chambre était parfaite. Lits propres et confortables. Bon petit déjeuner avec un buffet qui change tous les matins

Pros:

Good bed. Nice shower and amenities. Breakfast was lovely. Staff very polite and helpful and a little gift on departure.

Além de toda a sua eficiência, o que realmente chama a atenção é o fato de estar sempre sorridente, transmitindo uma energia muito positiva e fazendo com que os hóspedes se sintam verdadeiramente acolhidos e em casa. O hotel é ótimo, mas colaboradores como a Shirley elevam a experiência a outro nível. Recomendo muito e com certeza pretendo voltar!

Cons:

The word ‘Boutique’ in the name is misleading, not much ‘boutique’ vibe in reality. Only fixed overhead shower available, full of calc so water does not run properly. Clogged shower drain, fixed it by removing it completely while showering.
