신혼여행으로 방문한 남미에서 처음으로 머물게 된 숙소였는데, 덕분에 행복한 여행의 시작을 할 수 있었습니다. 저희가 신혼여행 중이라는 이야기를 들으시곤 무료로 업그레이드를 해주시고, 객실 상태는 물론 조식과 숙소 위치까지 모든 면에서 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 머무는 동안 직원분들의 세심함에 큰 감동을 받았습니다. 고산지대라 적응이 힘들어 산소통을 사용해야 했을 때는 직접 방까지 가져다주시며 사용법까지 친절하게 설명해 주셨습니다. 밖을 오갈 때마다 항상 저희 컨디션이 괜찮은지 안부를 물어봐 주셨고, 마추픽추에 가는 날 비 소식이 있어 걱정하고 있을 때도 걱정하지 말라며 행운을 빌어주시는 등, 머무는 내내 따뜻한 미소와 친절로 대해주신 덕분에 정말 큰 힘이 되었습니다. 세심하게 챙겨주셔서 진심으로 감사드립니다🙂

Ruhig, zentral und herzlich
Pros:

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Bett war groß, sehr gemütlich und perfekt zum Ausruhen. Die Lage ist zentral und trotzdem angenehm ruhig – ideal, um Cusco zu erkunden und sich gleichzeitig gut zu erholen.
Das gesamte Team war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das leckere Frühstück.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel absolut empfehlen.

Wonderful in every way
Pros:

This is a cute boutique hotel right in the heart of the old city. The staff are amazing; they go out of their way to make you feel welcome, comfortable and happy in Cusco. We had the room on the top floor which has lovely views across the rooftops of Cusco. Comfortable bed, excellent shower, yummy breakfast, excellent care and support, quiet and peaceful, yet super close to everything, what more could you want. Huge thanks to the team at MOAF Cusco for a truly excellent stay - we will remember you all with great fondness.

Gostei muito do atendimento. Os funcionários sempre educados e solícitos. O café da manhã bem satisfatório e gostoso. O hotel fica bem próximo a praça das armas. Fizemos tudo a pé. O chuveiro era muito bom com água quente e forte a qualquer hora. Super recomendado

Pros:

Beautiful property, very clean, very comfortable rooms. I was happy to see that there is a heater in the room, in case if it was cold at night (which was). The staff is friendly and always very nice with the guests. Really loved the breakfast. The hotel is perfectly located, very close to the main square, restaurants, shops, etc. and no need to climb.

Cons:

Nothing really, i just wish i spent more time here.
