מלון מוזר במקום מרכזי
Pros:

תלוי בחדר שמקבלים, אם הוא חדש מספיק אז הניקיון טוב. בחדרים ישנים יותר קשה לדעת. המיקום של המלון ליד כיכר סן פדרו וכיכר פלאזה דה ארמס מצוין. הצוות מדהים והשתדל לפתור כל בעייה במהירות.
ארוחת הבוקר טובה.
יש טיפולי ספא (מסז׳) לא רעים במחיר סביר יחסית למלון.

Cons:

בתקופה של שמונה ימים נאלצנו לעבור פעמיים לחדר אחר. בחדר הראשון היה ריח קשה מהאמבטיה- לדעתי הרכיבו את הוונטה הפוך. ואז העבירו אותנו לחדר חדש וגדול יותר שהיה נקי ומרווח ולמרות שאין בו אפילו מדף אחד ובטח לא ארון נחשב לאחד החדרים היקרים שלהם. זה החזיק מעמד יומיים עד שהתחילה שם הצפה מהביוב והעבירו אותנו לחדר שלישי קטן יותר.
יש בעיה להשתמש במטענים לטלפונים ליד המיטה, בחלק מהחדרים נקודות החשמל נמצאות מאחורי הכרית וזה קצת בעייתי. לפעמים התעוררנו באמצע הלילה כשגילינו שהאור נדלק בחדר כי גם מפסקים לאור נמצאים מאחורי הכרית ולא ליד המיטה וכנראה שבתנועה קטנה הדלקנו את האור.
אין מעלית למלון אז צריך לסחוב מזוודות כבדות בעזרתם האדיבה של העובדים שם.
חלק מהחדרים ממוקם כך שהחלון פונה לבית הספר שם יש כמעט כל בוקר מסדר רועש עם כלי נשיפה ותופים. בחדרים אחרים יש חלון שפונה יותר לכיוון הכיכר ושם יש רעשים מסוג אחר. החדרים הכי שקטים הם אלה שאין להם חלון או יותר נכון החלון פונה פנימה למסדרון הראשי של המלון המוזר הזה.

Très propre et bien situé avec un très bon déjeuner.

Le calme et l’emplacement.

Cons:

La seule chose, la chambre était très proche de la réception, la seule fenêtre donnait à l’intérieur. C’était un peu étrange .

Pros:

Boa ducha, tamanho do quarto que reservamos era ótimo. Já o outro era pequeno (acredito que standard). Localização é excelente

Cons:

Odiamos ter de carregar as malas pelas escadas. Nenhum funcionário nos ofereceu apoio com as bagagens. Café da manhã ok, mas poderia ter mais opções e variedade.

A sala tinha cheiro ruim, o que deixava todas as roupas, cabelo fedendo.

Cons:

Não vale pagar o preço que custa pelo o que ele é. O melhor quarto é ruim,o banheiro tem degrau, não há elevador até ao hotel e vc precisa subir com suas malas sozinha. Fiquei em outros 2 hoteis na praça, com valor bem menor que o Plaza e mto melhor em TUDO. Não voltaria e não recomendo.
