It's very central.
The road noise is quite bad for rooms at the front as there is traffic 24 hours a day as it's a main road.
The rooms vary wildly so your experience could be very different depending on whether you get a newly renovated room in a quiet location or one with no windows or one with only a plastic roof. They do move you if you complain but they shouldn't be putting anyone in these rooms.
Generally it's not what you expect from a property charging these prices. The finish is quite poor, most rooms look quite tired and things seem to be done on the cheap. No tea/ coffee making facilities in the rooms. Very basic toiletries. No mirrors in rooms. All fine if you're paying half the price.
Also note that it's on the first floor and no lift.
Next time I would choose a cheaper hotel away from the main roads and walk 5 min to the centre.

Lo que nos agradó más es la buena ubicación que tiene el hotel, muy cerca de todo. La habitación era muy amplia e impecable y el desayuno buffet era muy variado, definitivamente volveremos.

Excelente ubicación y atención
llegamos a Hotel Plaza y había un fuerte olor a comida en nuestras piezas debido a que hay un restaurant peruano justo abajo, por que que preferimos cancelar nuestra estadia. Hablamos con un ejecutivo de Booking quien nos dijeron que deberíamos pagar una multa la cual hicimos y que el hotel nos devolveria el dinero. Seguimos esperand al 4 de mayo noticias de nuestro caso.

La habitación buena, daba al patio de un colegio, por lo que hubo algo de bullicio.
El desayuno pobre, carnes del día anterior, ausencia de cereales, ausencia de yoghurt, poca variedad de fruta, en realidad solo sandía y melón. Quesos y jamón de muy baja calidad.
The breakfast selection was wonderful. The host made sure everything was stocked. She would also make eggs if we requested. Warm friendly atmosphere close to our room.
The bathroom floor could be slippery when wet.

Não gostei do checkout às 10 h da manhã. Quando se está fazendo turismo, fica muito corrido para sair do hotel às 10 h da manhã. O ideal seria às 12 h, como a maioria dos hotéis.
Excelente atención. Me cambiaron el vuelo de regreso a la media noche, pedí me ayudaran a empacar mi desayuno porque ahora saldría a las 6am y fueron muy amables y comprensivos. El desayuno delicioso y la ubicación y limpieza no podrán estar mejor. Estuvimos muy contentos con nuestra estancia
