Buen hotel, podría mejorar el costo/beneficio
Pros:

EL hotel está muy bien ubicado, y el personal es muy amable y atento. El desayuno estuvo bastante rico y las habitaciones son amplias y tienen buen sistema de calefacción

Cons:

No hay ascensor, por lo que para personas con maletas grandes, subir y bajar las escaleras puede ser incómodo. El hotel es bastante antiguo y se escucha mucho el ruido de las personas al pasar de un lado a otro durante la noche. Había leído reseñas sobre las toallas de cuerpo, y puedo confirmar que son pequeñas para el tamaño estándar.

Cons:

Nos tocó, 2 noches, de huéspedes vecinos, muy ruidosos en la madrugada, movían equipajes, subían y bajaban gradas y se transmitía todo el ruido, muy molesto.

Pros:

Très très bien situé à deux pas de toutes commodités et de la Plaza de las armas. Chambre très spacieuse et très confortable. Plutôt au calme pour être en centre-ville. Le personnel est agréable et sympathique.
On recommande.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner est basique, mais il fait très bien l'affaire.

Customer service was good, and the location is great.

Cons:

The hotel is pretty old and needs a lot of attention. At night even with the heater it was pretty cold. During rain days some customers complained about leaking in their rooms... very poorly maintained

Good location, noisy and uncomfortable stay.
Pros:

The location was very convenient, very close to the main square and restaurants. The staff was friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was served right outside our room, so there was very little privacy. We could hear the other guests while they had breakfast. The hotel is located next to a busy street and it was very noisy during the night and early in the morning. The room had an opening on the roof that was covered with a piece of cloth and was very bright during the morning. We did not sleep well. The bathroom was on the first floor which was a bit uncomfortable and we had to ask for bath towels because we had not been supplied with any.

Posizione a due passi dal centro. Camera ampia e pulita

Cons:

Colazione con pochissima scelta servita all’aperto con pochi gradi; manca sicuramente un tostapane e qualche alternativa.
In generale lo staff era gentile a parte una persona che quasi non salutava nemmeno, e quando le si chiedeva qualcosa risulta sempre poco affabile.

Excelente opción.
Pros:

Los cuartos cómodos, agua caliente, excelente ubicación y personal muy amable.
Nos prepararon loncheras para las excursiones, el desayuno cumplió.

Cons:

Las almohadas un poco duras pero la cama y las frazadas perfectas. Los cuartos están calientes y sin ruido.

Hôtel très bien placé, près de tout donc on peut facilement visiter à pied. Très bon service du personnel, toujours hyper sympathique. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable.

Cons:

Odeur d’eaux usées fréquente lorsque la chambre est fermée. Mal insonorisé, nous sommes bien situés dans la ville, mais cela vient avec les bruits de circulation (klaxons +++).

Pros:

The staff was awesome! The rooms were comfortable and the location perfect for exploring Cusco. Luz was my favorite person at the hotel, she could not have been kinder or more helpful, and I felt like I had made a friend by the time I checked out. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco!
