Pros:

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They gave us very helpful recommendations and volunteered to store our luggage while we visited Machupichu. The rooms are charming and the location is just in the middle of the historical center.

Cons:

The common areas are not the best but honestly you won't be spending much time in the hotel outside of your room anyways.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel und eine hervorragende Lage! Wir hatten ein geräumiges Zimmer, gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Personal war wirklich sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Für eine Stadt wie Cusco, die kulinarisch so viel zu bieten hat, war das Frühstück eher unspektakulär.

Great location, right in the middle of the tourist area. Very friendly staff and free tea and coffee 24/7

Cons:

Noise from the road made it an early morning .

Nice bedding. Solicitous staff member (once she showed up).

Cons:

No one at door when I arrived despite multiple texts between us describing time of arrival. Door locked. Telephone not answered. The proprietor from the shop next door took me to the bar down the street—apparently owned by the same person—and they let me into the lobby through the basement. The couch was FILTHY, so I stood waiting half an hour, wondering if I really had a place to stay, for staff to show up.

Custo benefício ruim - única vantagem é a localização
Pros:

Excelente localização. A cama e a roupa de cama eram muito confortáveis.

Cons:

O banheiro não estava muito limpo e o quarto não possuía janela. As toalhas de banho estavam desfiadas e muito velhas.
O café da manhã tinha café (sem leite), chás e pão sem manteiga.
O quarto não possuía nenhum isolamento acústico.

I really appreciated the hot water and the tub in our room. The beds were very comfortable and staff was incredibly accommodating.
