O que gostei mais foi do atendimento. Principalmente da funcionária Luz, que fica de manhã na recepção. Atenciosa, educada e muito prestativa. Foi um amor conosco. Além disso, o quarto era bom, confortável e grande, com frigobar e aquecedores funcionando perfeitamente. A localização também é ótima. Próximo de tudo. Fizemos muitas coisas a pé.
O piso de madeira do segundo andar faz com que se escute todo barulho deq uem andá pelos corredores. Acordei várias vezes com as pessoas saindo para os passeios de madrugada. Além disso, o banheiro não tem box, e sim cortinas.
El espacio estaba bien distribuido para ser habitación familiar, éramos una familia de 4 y todos quedamos muy cómodos. Además la cercanía a los lugares de interés, estaba bien conectado con todo el centro de Cusco. La atención del personal muy amable sobre todo de Luz nuestra recepcionista, muy atenta y servicial.
El desayuno podría ser un poco más variado, sin embargo esta bien si consideramos precio/ calidad.

The noise. Single glazed windows did nothing to keep away constant horns, sirens and shouting in the street and from 10 pm onwards the thumping of a nightclub made all sleep impossible even with earplugs. It’s a real shame, such a lovely place but being able to sleep is really a major requirement. So great place for people wo don’t mind noise, otherwise not.
Great location just a few minutes walk from the main square. Friendly and very helpful staff. Nice, comfortable room.

Beautiful little spot in the perfect location in Cusco, very close to both San Blas and the main square. Everything was within a 10 mins walking distance.

Similar setup to riads in Marrakesh, with a big open square. Inca walls immediately outside which is very cool.

The breakfast is quite basic but sufficient, with cooked eggs if you'd like it. Need to ask for milk. Would be nice if they used less single-use cling film.

La ubicación es lo mejor de este hotel. El desayuno es demasiado austero y lo sirven en un espacio muy reducido. No es cómodo ni agradable.

La puerta está cerrada siempre, se debe tocar el timbre cada vez que regresas.

Excelente localização, a equipe é simpática e sempre disponível. O banho é quente e muito bom, o quarto possui aquecedor, muito confortável. A cama é ótima, bem grande e confortável. Possui secador de cabelo e cofre.
O piso de madeira é bem barulhento, o que incomoda bastante quando outros hóspedes estão saindo de manhã bem cedo. Todos os dias que fiquei fui acordada pelo barulho.

The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. The rooms were very well decorated, spacious, and impeccably clean. The hotel was very central and easy to walk to from main local destinations. Breakfast was fresh and tasty.

El desayuno era muy pobre en variedad. El aislamiento de las puertas y ventanas era nulo. Además que todo el suelo de madera crujía excesivamente cada vez que alguien pasaba por el pasillo dando la sensación de que casi alguien estaba dentro de la habitación.
The hotel was very comfortable with huge beds and lovely white bedding. The shower was hot and products were provided. The staff were exceptional - going above and beyond to help us when we needed to change our flights. The breakfast was simple but adequate with eggs, bread, jam, fruit, yoghurt and juices. We stayed a total of 13 nights at the hotel. It's situated near the main square with its many cafes and restaurants. There is always a thermos of hot water for tea and coffee available in the pretty courtyard.
If we needed to make a negative comment it would be that the rooms overlooking the road can get a little noisy with music from nearby cafe's.
