Pros:

A very basic hostel. The front desk staff did not speak any English & were not helpful or considerate at all. One if the staff tried to tell me I owed for 3 nights despite me holding my Expedia reservation in front of her for 2 nights & the fact we only were there 2 nights. The room was very basic & dated. There was a street light outside our room which lighted the room despite thin curtains. The shower was hot/strong but the bathroom was marginally clean. The rest of the room & bed linens seemed clean. The room doors do not fit the openings so there is a 6 inch gap above the door so any noise from the hall or other rooms comes in/goes out. I heard sexual noises from another room in the middle of the night. Breakfast had to be asked for and was coffee, plain bread & jam although some fresh squeezed juice was provided that was good. We asked for coffee before our departure on checkout & were told yes the night before but no hot water or coffee was provided/offered in the morning. The location is good - close to the plaza and ruins, etc, but there are many other better, more helpful places to stay.
