El hotel lindo , la atención del personal muy buena

No me gustó nada, mi experiencia en este hotel fue pésima. No volvería nunca ni se lo recomendaría a nadie.
No me gustó que nos ubicaran en la primera planta y la ventana de la habitación no se pudiese cerrar (ya que entra bastante frío por la noche). Nos quejamos y nos reubicaron en una habitación de la segunda planta, haciéndole a otros huéspedes de cambiarse a la otra habitación, pero lo peor de todo viene ahora: no nos ayudaron a subir las maletas por las escaleras, amabilidad 0, sábanas y mantas sucias con manchas, baño pegado con pegotes de silicona, indican que tiene calefacción y no tiene, toallas deshilachadas y con mal olor…
La habitación estaba muy linda y limpia.
Wonderful place with a peaceful garden in a busy town. Uphill to get to but quite nice as theres a wide road for taxis to pick up/drop off nearby. Rooms were really cozy. Breakfast was yummy!
Staffs English was acceptible.

Excelente ubicación, a minutos del centro histórico y con excelente atención.
Los desayunos cumplían con un buen café, frutas de estación entre otros lo que ayudaba mucho a comenzar el día. Tenían incluso la amabilidad de preparar snacks en caso que (por temas de tours) salieras antes de los horarios de desayuno.

The staff was very friendly, rooms clean, light and comfortable. Spacious bathroom. Close to the centre of Cusco. Highly recommendable!
