1.El ruido al subir las escaleras , y cuando llegaban a comer se escucha claro todo, no se podía descansar bien ... por lo menos en las primeras habitaciones
2. El televisor no cuenta con canales internacionales , solo se podía ver canales Nacionales
3.No cuentan con café todo el tiempo ni agua fresca para tomar , solo agua caliente

Ideaal & in een leuke buurt
Pros:

Heel vriendelijk en niet opdringerig. Heerlijk eenvoudig ontbijt inclusief. Wanneer je op een dagtrip vertrekt wordt er een klein pakketje voorzien.
Zelf was ik te vroeg toegekomen en ik kon al in de kamer. Dus heel tevreden.

Perfect
Pros:

Rustige ligging. Heel correcte prijs en propere kamer. Een goede en snelle communicatie. Het ontbijt is inbegrepen en heel lekker. Als je op daguitstap vertrekt krijg je een pakketje mee. Er is altijd thee beschikbaar aan de inkom, helpt bij het wennen aan de hoogte van cusco.

Schönes Zimmer, vor allem das Bad, ausreichendes Frühstück, guter Wäscheservice, ganz tolle ruhige und dennoch zentrale Lage

Mitarbeiter super einsilbig und nicht gerade freundlich, Frühstück so wie man es eben von Peru kennt (ok, aber nicht weltbewegend). Sehr verärgert hat uns leider die letzte Nacht, in der wir dringend guten Schlaf brauchten, da es um 2:30 los ging zum Incatrail. In dieser Nacht war der Nachtwächter “anders beschäftigt” mit Bier und netter Dame und spielte stundenlang dermaßen laut Musik, dass an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Unsere Bitte dies zu unterlassen, wurde einfach ignoriert. Wirklich eine Frechheit und unverzeihlich. Auch Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht überzeugend…

Nice cozy place, helpful and responsive staff.
Pros:

It’s very central, the bed is comfortable and the design on the wall is cute. Also the yard and the birds singing was beautiful.

Cons:

It’s not super well isolated, and there were fiestas near by until late night, that being a central location.

todo bien con el desayuno pero no asean las habitaciones ni cambian las tohallas , pésimo

Nunca cambiaron las tohallas de uso personal tuve que yo personalmente llevar a la oficina las tohallas usadas para que me den una nueva. Nunca he visto algo así se supone que el personal entra a las habitaciones a cambiar las tohallas pésimo

Personeel spreekt geen Engels. De tuin en de kamers zijn erg slecht onderhouden. Het lijkt totaal niet op de foto’s van de afbeelding. Verder vonden wij het personeel ook niet zo vriendelijk. Ik zo het hotel zeker niet aanraden.
