I visited Rumi bar for the 6pm pisco and pisco sour class and it was fantastic. Daniel especially was a real joy to experience - obviously talented and knowledgeable, and also funny, clear, and can hold the attention of a room. As a fellow bartender it was an especially cool experience to hear about the industry in Peru and Peruvian spirits. It’s a beautiful bar in a beautiful hotel. Go visit Daniel! And tip well!!

Beautiful hotel service is impeccable. Hotel is set in an ancient Inka Palace right in the heart of Cusco. Location is perfect and rooms are comfortable and furnished well.
Staying with Palacio del Inka was one of the main highlights of our stay in Cusco. Our family of six were treated like royalty. Every staff member we encountered, from front desk staff, to the room attendants, to the doormen, were very kind, personable, professional and always very accommodating. We were treated with the utmost care and concern during our stay. The hotel and the rooms are absolutely gorgeous, the atmosphere is inviting and peaceful. This hotel will not disappoint.

The hotel is luxurious and the service is excellent! We received an upgrade with Amex Platinum. The room was beautiful with balconies that offered beautiful views. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
The morning breakfast was the best that we had in our 3 week stay in Peru. The breads were baked by an extremely talented baker. The eggs Benedict were cooked to perfection.
The hotel is conveniently located to many great restaurants and attractions. We enjoyed The Andean Spa!

Jorge at the Front Desk was equally impressive. He was attentive, efficient, and extremely courteous. He handled everything with confidence and made us feel valued as guests.

Oh man! The Palacio. Lives up to its name: a beautiful lobby, incredible courtyards, immaculate rooms, extensive history, and the most hospitable staff including Chris, Ruth, Carlos, Victor, Daniel, Lidia, and Alvaro.
Incredible location, across from the Qorikancha and a short walk from the Plaza de Armas. The hotel also features an extensive breakfast with a buffet included, a cute alpaca named Inti, and interesting experiences including a pisco sour class and impressive tour of the hotel with a traditional Incan performance to conclude. Truly a five star experience -- highly recommend!
Daniel was an amazing teacher at the Rumi bar and the Pisco Sour recipe is delicious! I highly recommend Palacio del Inka.

This hotel and staff were spectacular! From coordinating transfers and excursions before our arrival, to on site attention, to departure, every touch point was beyond expectation. The staff responded quickly to all requests, provided invaluable insight upon arrival, and had a smile with every interaction. We were thrilled to have stayed here during our dream trip to see Machu Picchu and Rainbow Mountain!

Hands down the best hotel I've ever been to! All of the workers are incredibly attentive and there are a wide variety of experiences offered. We were able to enjoy the ancestral experience, hotel tour, and pisco class with Daniel. I highly suggest all three. They also have a baby alpaca at the hotel every day and incredibly comfortable beds. I highly suggest staying here, it's an unforgettable experience!

It's a 5 star hotel and provides all the service and ammenaties you would expect. Helpful, courtous staff, compfortable rooms centrally located in a wonderfull old building.
The property is gorgeous!!! Well maintained unique features and architecture of the hotel. It’s a spacious hotel but easy to navigate and find amenities and the restaurants. Great location, lots of food options and activities to do in the area.
