Es todo espectacular
The whole hotel was amazing!! Couldn’t fault anything!!
O hotel é excelente! O quarto é super confortável e lindo, os funcionários são excepcionais, localização excelente e café da manhã é incrível! Gostei demais da experiência
The hotel itself is a beautiful historic site, the hotel provides tours and Pisco tastings and tea. It all feels very authentic and a very special experience overall.
I didn't like that we went as a family of four. And they charged us extra for having a 14 year old, even though she is a child...and didn't use any extra resources. When I made the reservation I was clear on the number of people in the room, yet we still were charged extra in the end. The hotel is a luxury stay and these discrepancies ruined the feeling in the end. So if you are traveling with your family be aware of these HUGE extra costs, had I known I would have booked a different room or hotel.
Beautiful property. Friendly, helpful staff. Location is perfect. There are many options for breakfast and most are very tasty. The eggs Benedict was not a good option.
This is a wonderful property and there really isn't a fault. The room we were in only had a very small window so seemed quite closed in. Not really an issue.
Buen servicio y buena ubicación en una maravillosa ciudad.
Ubicación, amabilidad del personal, desayuno muy bueno
El baño de la pieza bien apretado
Pieza tenía harto ruido al abrir la ventana
Excellent service all round.
Special thank you to Patricia and Emily. Took great care of us every morning at breakfast.
El servicio y trato del personal.
Todo me gustó
La gentillesse du personnel.
Waldir was such a great host! Helped out so much. Was struggling with altitude sickness, and Waldir made sure that I was comfortable. Super funny and gave a lot of great recommendations. Really cared to get to know us and catch up with us asking about our trips! Lovely stay, would come back
Top Lage, Frühstück, Service, Additionals wie die Hotel History Tour mit Surprise, Spa, alles!
We had a really memorable stay at Palacio del Inka. The hotel itself is beautiful, full of character and history, and it truly feels like you’re staying somewhere special in Cusco.
What stood out most to us was the people. We are so grateful to Lidia, who took such wonderful care of our family. She was incredibly kind and gentle with our kids and kept checking in on us, especially when one of them wasn’t feeling well. That level of care meant a lot.
A big thank you as well to Victor from housekeeping, who set up the rollaway bed. The way he prepared the room made it feel extra comfortable and thoughtful for our family.
The breakfast was good, and we also had dinner at the hotel one evening, which was better than we expected.
The only small note is that the location is a bit tricky since it’s on a hill and not right in the center, but it’s just a quick Uber ride to get around.
Overall, a warm and caring experience that we’ll remember.
The first thing you're struck by is the property itself, the beautiful, historic building, magnificently restored and decorated. Next, the location - opposite the Coricancha and in the heart of the historic district, a short, pleasant stroll from the Plaza de Armas, but far enough away from the noise, hustle & bustle. Last but not least, the staff - SO friendly, warm, courteous and attentive - they make a great place even better. We especially appreciated Lidia and Emerson in the concierge office, who helped us in so many ways. Wonderful buffet breakfast, too!
Nothing bad to say. It ain't cheap, but you get what you pay for.
