This hotel and staff were spectacular! From coordinating transfers and excursions before our arrival, to on site attention, to departure, every touch point was beyond expectation. The staff responded quickly to all requests, provided invaluable insight upon arrival, and had a smile with every interaction. We were thrilled to have stayed here during our dream trip to see Machu Picchu and Rainbow Mountain!
Le personnel est vraiment agréable et compétent
C’est très beau
The hotel was historic and beautiful! The staff were absolutely amazing and incredibly attentive. Carlos our porter helped us constantly with all of our (many and heavy) bags and went above and beyond.
Tudo
Hands down the best hotel I've ever been to! All of the workers are incredibly attentive and there are a wide variety of experiences offered. We were able to enjoy the ancestral experience, hotel tour, and pisco class with Daniel. I highly suggest all three. They also have a baby alpaca at the hotel every day and incredibly comfortable beds. I highly suggest staying here, it's an unforgettable experience!
It's a 5 star hotel and provides all the service and ammenaties you would expect. Helpful, courtous staff, compfortable rooms centrally located in a wonderfull old building.
Location the hotel itself beautiful
Nothing
The property is gorgeous!!! Well maintained unique features and architecture of the hotel. It’s a spacious hotel but easy to navigate and find amenities and the restaurants. Great location, lots of food options and activities to do in the area.
Nothing I enjoyed everything about this property!
My experience at Palacio del Inka was unforgettable. It is a special and unique property and the service was beyond outstanding. The staff was without exception warm, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. Samuel, Franceska, and Josue greeted us every morning with unfailing courtesy and kindness. I highly recommend that you find an opportunity to visit this property!
Everything about this hotel is AMAZING. It is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at., The spa is great, the breakfast delish and it's like staying in a museum. Loved every minute.
Nothing.
Hermoso hotel! Super recomendable!
Nada
Staff are well trained, very friendly and so welcoming.
The reception and the lobby is superb. We thought we needed to be here to have the whole experience completed in this palace.
The room is comfortable as well as the bed and the pillows.
Breakfast is good.
The bath tub is too narrow even for standing to have a shower. Also the water was leaking out of the glass. We had to dry the floor after every shower.
In the second day the service at the restaurant for breakfast was too slow. There was no hot water for the tea and it took them time to fill it, however the water wasn’t that hot. The egg took too long to get ready. There were few tables full of dirty plates and huge mess.
The property is outstanding. Staff, service, location, comfort, breakfast, etc.
It is an expensive choice.
This was the most fantastic hotel - so beautiful, wonderful people and service, and great location. The breakfast was over the top (and included) and the restaurant beautiful. We also enjoyed the tour of the history of the hotel (I think with Lydia?). She was terrific and the tour ended with a wonderful Inca dancer and music.
Directly after we met Daniel in the bar for the Pisco Sour class. He was fun and entertaining and the Pisco Sour he taught us was absolutely delicious. Can't wait to try it at home!
We loved the entire experience of our two nights here and so appreciate having been treated so well by the staff here.
