Nothing
Palacio Del Inka is beautiful and the rooms are excellent. The beds are extra comfy which was needed before and after our 4 day 3 night Inca Trail trek. 😀 Wonderful dining. Best of all was the exceptional staff which treated Laura and I like good friends. Excellent location near De Armas Plaza and Convent Santa Domingo. Beautiful interior and courtyards.
La arquitectura e historia del lugar.
El wifi
Our stay at Palacio del Inka was one of the highlights of our visit to Peru. The hotel beautifully combines luxury, history, and authentic local character. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of Cusco’s main attractions, and the historic architecture creates a truly unique atmosphere.
The rooms were comfortable and elegant, the breakfast was excellent, and every member of the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel’s attention to detail and commitment to guest service were evident throughout our stay.
A special mention must go to Ruth, the Concierge, who went far above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She provided outstanding recommendations, assisted with arrangements and logistics, and was always available with a friendly smile and a genuine desire to help. Her local knowledge, professionalism, and personal attention made a tremendous difference to our experience in Cusco. Ruth is a true asset to the hotel and exemplifies the highest standards of hospitality.
We would not hesitate to stay at Palacio del Inka again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cusco. Thank you to Ruth and the entire team for making our stay so memorable.
A former residential mansion that sits across from a famous temple. Features big rooms, beautiful Andean décor and a charming courtyard. The people were great and the breakfast buffet was exceptional.
Miguel,Emerson,Badir,Ruth are four of the five stars from this rating. The fifth star would be the actual hotel. The entire staff has been beyond professional and welcoming. they provide a solid gluten-free menu along with spectacular food. highly recommend the hot chocolate by the fire pit under the Southern Cross
We had a wonderful stay at the Palacio del Inka in Cusco, and what made it truly memorable was the staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone treated us with genuine warmth and care. Two people deserve special mention: Walter in the lobby was unfailingly courteous, attentive, and informative, always ready with a smile and whatever we needed, and Jonathan in housekeeping took such pride in his work that our room was immaculate and welcoming every single day. Both went out of their way to make us feel at home.
The rest of the team was just as wonderful: gracious, professional, and clearly devoted to their guests. The dinner show celebrating Inca culture was a highlight of the entire trip: touching, beautiful, and a heartfelt window into the region’s heritage that we won’t soon forget. The hotel itself is both luxury and history.
If you’re staying in Cusco, this hotel and its people will make your visit special. Thank you, Walter, Jonathan, and the entire staff, for everything.
The hotel is beautiful! Excellent location. Carlos took such good care of us. All kinds of things. Luggage, oxygen he was great!
The staff took personal attention and making sure that we were taken care of every step of the way.
Walter who always greeted us at the front door was amazing!! it was professional, courteous, helpful, and friendly. I love the harvest at the morning breakfast, which provided very special ambience to the morning. The bedding and beds were so comfortable and cozy. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel and its ambience is perfect for your stay in Cusco. I have to give a shout out to Walter, he was genuinely helpful and kind. This is the kind of employee that makes your business sparkle.
My fav hotel. Emerson did an amazing job helping us. He is the best concierge I’ve ever had. He helped us just about every day. Also Daniel Yxi was an amazing bartender. He was always super friendly made amazing piscos sours.
This is a wonderful hotel and would highly recommend this for your stay in Cusco. Centrally located, and overall just an exceptional facility. I must include in this review the over and above service that Ruth , the hotel concierge, provided us. We had trouble with our airline after cancelled flights and she helped us with arranging our flight accommodations. Thank you Ruth!
When we make the visit to Cusco in the future, we will definitely stay at this property. You should as well
Beautiful historical hotel with exceptional service and staff.
We stayed here 2 nights with young children, and really enjoyed it. From the unique hotel history to the outstanding breakfast experience. It all was so special.
Our only recommendation is that the rooms need some updating, but it does add to the charm of the hotel.
