We had a truly wonderful experience, and Juan was a highlight of our stay.
He provided attentive, thoughtful service with a natural warmth that made us feel genuinely welcomed. His professionalism was evident, yet he carried it with an ease and kindness that made every interaction feel personal and relaxed.
Juan also worked incredibly hard throughout our visit, always present, attentive, and focused, yet never rushed. He anticipated our needs without being intrusive, and his calm, friendly presence added so much to the overall atmosphere.
It’s clear he takes great pride in his work, and it shows in every detail.

We had a lovely stay at the Inka hotel but the highlight was without a doubt the adventure dinner in the pairing tasting menu. The historical and expectise guidelines from Guido and Miguel took the dinner experience to another level.

Our stay at Palacio del Inka in Cusco was absolutely wonderful. The hotel itself is beautiful and full of history, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible staff.
One person in our group experienced altitude sickness, and the staff responded immediately with kindness and care. They brought her oxygen, checked on her frequently, and made sure she was comfortable. Their attention and compassion went far beyond what we expected.
The entire team made us feel welcomed and truly cared for.
I have never experienced friendlier service, and we are so grateful for how the staff went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco.
Amazing hotel and restaurant. The service is stellar. From arrival we were treated like honored guests. The restaurant was delicious and Guido our server was outstanding. Oh, and seriously this place smells wonderful.
Everything was absolutely fantastic at Inti Raymi! Our waiter, Guido, was incredibly nice and provided very attentive service throughout the entire meal.
The restaurant has a beautiful, romantic atmosphere with historic architecture and candlelight that made for a perfect evening. The food was great as well—we especially loved the ceviche. To top it all off, the staff made my birthday feel so special by singing to me and bringing out a surprise treat. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for an elegant and memorable dining experience in Cusco!
We had a wonderful experience at Palacio del Inka! It’s a beautiful hotel in primo location, but the best thing about it is the staff - friendly, warm, welcoming and so willing to help! I especially want to recognize the concierge staff, Lidia and Emerson, who went above and beyond multiple times to make our stay special!
The hotel is in an ideal location, walking distance from every major historic landmark. Right across the street from Qorikancha.
The staff is amazing in every sense of the word, going out of their way to make our experience memorable. The concierge team is one of the warmest I've ever met.
The ambiance of the hotel is cozy but grandious at the same time. Every corner has a magical touch, every space carefuly curated.
The rooms are great, and the beds and pillows are incredible!
The staff is amazing. Everyone is really kind and always willing to help with everything. Daniel & Lydia are the best, they made us feel at home.
The breakfast buffet has options for everyone and the food is delicious. The food at bar is also great, especially the Rumi Bites for two.
The views from the hotel are pretty cool. If your room has a balcony, enjoy it!
Lastly, there are fun activities for the guests everyday, including a tour around the property and an Inca music ceremony, can’t recommend it enough.
I had an amazing experience since the moment I stepped a foot outside of the hotel shuttle. Concierge people was very helpful and polite. We had the pleasure of meeting Lidia and Daniel who were superb hosts and also really nice people. Overall, everyone was very proactive and helped their guests to have a welcoming experience. Each day we stayed at the hotel was wonderful! They also helped us to arrange taxi service and restaurant reservations when needed. Thanks a lot to everyone that made this trip a beautiful moment. I did really have a Happy Birthday celebrating with you guys. See you next time.
