Pros:

En general todo. Buena insonorización, buenas camas, limpieza, desayuno, amabilidad del personal...

Cons:

La puntualidad peruana. El primer día nos sirvieron el desayuno media hora tarde. El segundo día nos marchábamos temprano y pedimos algo para llevar. Al final llego la hora de irnos y nos tuvimos que marchar sin ningún tipo de desayuno. Moraleja, pide siempre el desayuno 30 minutos antes

Gran comodidad, Servicios y Vistas
Pros:

El Hotel es muy cómodo, nos toco una habitación con vistas muy bellas. El personal muy amable, me pareció muy destacable que los días que íbamos excursiones nos prepararon unos desayunos livianos para llevar( las excursiones son a las 4am). La limpieza muy bien y todo muy cómodo.

Nice place and great location
Pros:

The hotel has a great location. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The room was big.
There is a little kitchen with kichen utensils. There is a nice small spot with a dining table to eat or have coffee.
There is no reception desk but the staff is always there to help and can be reached via the hotels whatsapp. The dtaff is really great, helpful and kind. They stored our luggage free of charge when we went on a 4 day trip.
This is really rare.

최고의 위치, 편안한 시설
Pros:

센트로까지 걸어서 10분 이내로 도착할 수 있고, 바로 밑이 잉카 레일 승강장이라 매우 편리했습니다. 주변에 약국, 마트
등 편의시설들도 잘 되어있고, 조식이 또 다른 매력 포인트였습니다.

A localização é excelente, perto de tudo. O atendimento também. Nos dias que necessitava sair muito cedo para os passeios deixavam um lanchinho para levar. Quando fomos a Machu Picchu pudemos deixar a bagagem em depósito sem problemas para retornar depois de 3 dias.

Insgesamt leider alles andere als ein schönes Erlebnis in diesem Hotel.
Das Apart Hotel hat keine Rezeption, so dass eine zeitliche Voranmeldung zum Check In dringend erforderlich ist.
Dieser fand in unserem Fall dann unprofessionell zwischen Tür und Angel statt - der Host Alex war sehr suspekt: er vergaß ständig Dinge und wirkte irgendwie wie unter Drogen.
Wir fühlten uns auf Anhieb sehr unwohl!
Das Superior Apartment war nur ein Studio ! - Der Küchenbereich befindet sich im Schlafzimmer und ist zur Hauptstraße ausgerichtet - an Schlaf bei geöffnetem Fenster war also nicht zu denken !
Frühstück im Zimmer - nach Zeitanmeldung.
Kommunikation mit dem Host Alex nur über WhatsApp möglich - am 2. Tag wurde von ihm unser Frühstück komplett „vergessen“ : Oder besser er war komplett "unansprechbar“ (alkoholisiert und noch mehr?) wie wir dann persönlich feststellen mussten.
Wir haben schließlich Hilfe im Schwesternhotel Katari am Plaza de Armas gesucht: auch dort bekamen wir auch nur eine WhatsApp Nr. der verantwortlichen Managerin Noelia - die nette Worte und Entschuldigung aussprach (via WhatsApp 🙄).
Am selben Abend sahen wir dann, dass sie unsere Reservierung bei booking.com kurzerhand stornierte - ohne eine weitere Erklärung.
Erst später kam ein sehr netter männlicher Mitarbeiter persönlich zu uns und entschuldigte sich glaubhaft und aufrichtig für dieses von uns geschilderte Desaster und machte uns ein großzügiges Kompensations- Angebot.
Das war sehr nett - war aber natürlich nicht unser Ansinnen gewesen, weswegen wir reklamierten.
Wir können dieses Apart Hotel in keinster Weise weiterempfehlen.

溫馨的庫斯科小屋 適合家庭 位置方便
Pros:

服務非常好,早餐非常好吃
剛好遇到要去玻利維亞前有些簽證問題,二話不說協助印文件,超級感恩
要搭印加鐵路去馬丘比丘的話,樓下就是車站站點,可以直接搭乘接駁車很方便

Cons:

房間內屋頂斜斜的常常撞到頭要小心
熱水瓶要換(沒辦法自動跳停)

Eigentlich ein schönes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten, Kitchenette und Tisch und Stühlen.

Cons:

Wir hatten schriftlich und mündlich vereinbart, dass wir ein frühes Frühstück bekommen, da wir um 6.30 Uhr bereits zu unserer Tour aufbrechen wollten. Leider wurde kein Frühstück geliefert und auch nicht Bescheid gegeben.
