Nice stay in central Cuzco
Pros:

Very friendly and kind staff. Extremely flexible with arriving late in the evening and leaving suitcase there for a couple of days.
Nice ambiance and decor in the common areas. Simple but quiet and comfortable room. Nice breakfast.

Excellent location, lovely breakfast, great for family of 4.
Pros:

Excellent location. The apartment (room 301 was huge with fully equipped kitchen and would comfortably slept 5 (we had 4). Breakfast was lovely and staff was so nice. They accommodated by bringing a fan when asked bc dtr was sick and top floor is hot during the the day.

Cons:

Nothing. All great!

Un accueil déplorable par la réception.

Réceptionniste incompétente. Elle demande le règlement du séjour en espace et à défaut elle applique une majoration de 5% sur le prix de la chambre. En voulant régler en espèce pour ne pas avoir de facturation supplémentaire le prix est annoncé en US $ alors que nous sommes au Pérou. En demandant la conversion, le taux de change retenu n’est pas celui trouvé sur internet. La réceptionniste n’a pas l’appoint et arrondie le paiement à son avantage sans rendre la monnaie. Inadmissible et dommage car le reste du personnel est très très aimable.

Je suis resté 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. Le ménage n’a pas été fait et au minima vider les poubelles. Le lit n’a pas été fait. La personne à la réception est inefficace. Lors du règlement une majoration de 5% est demandé si paiement par carte bancaire. J’ai contesté cette sur facturation et la réceptionniste explique que booking sait que cette charge supplémentaire est appliquée au Pérou sur les paiements cartes. Ce qui est faux car j’ai réglé 2 autres hôtels réservés via booking au Pérou et aucune charge supplémentaire.

Wonderful place to stay in the city center.
Pros:

The location was just blocks off the Plaza de Armas. They were wonderfully accommodating of my dogs. I really appreciate that as I am moving to Peru so they are a non-negotiable. :)

Cons:

We had a great experience!

Best ok, maar vlg keer toch in San blas.. blas wijk.
Pros:

Lekkere warme douche, prima bedden

Cons:

Toch wel een beetje ver van het echte toeristen centrum: in het lokale gedeelte. De Wijk san blas is toch echt wel veel authentieker en meer opgeruimd. In dit hotel zit je wel tussen de lokals, dus als je dat leuk vind; goede plek!

Todo excelente menos habitación 102 no tiene ventilación. Falta de oxígeno.

La decoración del lugar y el trato excelente.

Cons:

La habitación 102 no tiene ventilación. Teníamos que abrir la puerta a la noche para poder respirar.. No recomiendo esa habitación, más si alguien es sensible al mal de altura o recién llega a cusco.

Casa cavassa a good option.
Pros:

Tasty brekky in a room tucked out the back of the property. Comfortable room and bed. Decent shower with hot water. Friendly staff using google translate to communicate when needed.

Cons:

It was a little noisy with the room backing onto a central atrium.

Неплохой завтрак, персонал был любезным

Cons:

Невероятно шумно и очень холодно в номере. Обогреватель немного спасал ситуацию в спальне. Фотографии номера в букинге неинформативны в итоге. В спальне было пыльно. Выезд в 10 это жутко неудобно, но в Куско так почти везде. Нет ТВ. В туалете безумная надпись, что за любое пятно на полотенцах или белье штраф от 20$. Полотенец к слову по приезду в номере не было. Дозатор шампуня не работал. 4-ка за близость к центру и вежливых девушек на завтраке.

Muy agradable y confortable
Pros:

La locación está muy cerca de la plaza principal de Cusco. Además, la estancia y las habitaciones son muy buenas, la cama realmente era grande y el servicio del personal muy amable y agradable.

Cons:

En realidad nada me disgustó durante mi estancia en el hospedaje. Si bien no tiene una entrada tradicional de hotel, y uno mismo maneja su propia llave de ingreso, en realidad no está nada mal.

Pros:

התארחנו שם פעמיים, גם החדרים וגם הדירות היו מרווחות ונעימות, ניקו וסידרו את החדרים כל יום, מיקום טוב וקרוב להכל.

Cons:

אטימות לא טובה בכלל לרעשים, הרבה פעמים לא היו אנשים בקבלה ולא היה עם מי לדבר
