Location was very convenient, a few minutes walk to main square.
Staff were pleasant.

Huge bed, quite comfy.
Good sized apartment (room 305), with kitchenette, lounge and huge TV,, and bedroom/bathroom upstairs.
Several night stay. Location is often noisy due to traffic and horns at all hours (no double glazing), and there was loud noise from above sometimes around 10:30-11 pm even though we were on the top floor - apparently the restaurant next door.
Our room was not cleaned or restocked one day (would not normally bother me but this is a country where toilet paper must go in bin).
Room was up.3 flights of stairs, which was a bit hard after arrival at high altitude.
Could not always find staff at reception, and limited English spoken (mostly not a problem as one of us speaks Spanish).
Overall, ok if you sleep easily and deeply but not for light sleepers. One of us was ok, the other not.

The hotel was close to the city centre. It was a nice space. The staff was helpful and provided us everything we need it with a smile.
Although we found out that the 24h reception wasn't really true. We found ourselves searching for someone to buy a bottle of water. A great problem was the toilet that was smelly. We couldn't stand in the room because of the smell. Also we found hair on the towels and black stains on the sheets something that got us really frustrated. All in all, I think that they're better options in Cusco for accommodation.

Staff pleasant. Good room with kitchenette and lounge area and bedroom/bathroon upstairs (room 305).
Noisy due to traffic and horns at all hours on most (but not all) nights. Noise from above around 22:30-23:00 (apparently the next door restaurant).
Ok for easy heavy sleeper but not for light sleeper. One of us was ok, the other not.

Colazione scarsa e lenta! Camera FREDDISSIMA!!! A scaldarla solo due lampade al neon, anche pericolose, che sono otre a non fare nulla praticamente dormivi con la luce accesa per quanto era forte! C’era una stufa a legna e abbiamo chiesto tutto i giorni di accenderla e ogni volta x un motivo o per un altro non lo hanno fatto! Personale gentile, ma nemmeno una parola di inglese e non molto affidabile. Asciugami che odoravano di fumo dei camini (li stendevano all’aperto). Abbiamo chiesto la laundry che ci hanno consegnato in poco tempo, ma anche il nostro bucato asciugato sul tetto quindi no igienico e no buon odore!!!

2 verdiepingen mezzanine, waardoor het zitgedeelte donker en beperkt was; stank van rioollucht in de badkamer (bekend bij personeel, maar voor hen kennelijk geen aanleiding om steviger maatregelen te nemen dan een spuitbus); zeer karig ingerichte keuken (mag die naam amper hebben); gammele meubels op balkon.

Close to the center of Cusco. Clean comfortable dwelling. Staff were lovely.
Peruvians love tooting their car horns. Being central on a main road meant that the tooting occurred day and night which took some getting used to. No shampoo or conditioner in the containers provided and not replenished once during our 5 day stay. Just bought our own. Threatened to charge $50 usd for any stains on towels or sheets.

We liked the decor, the property's overall layout, and that is was quiet.
We reserved two rooms in which the lighting one (two-floor suite) was very pleasant.
We appreciate the property coordinating our laundry (done on time) and working with our basic Spanish for communication.
The interior room we reserved had no natural light, and there was not a lot of room to settle in for a few days.
The two-floor suite we reserved was very nice, but our only complaint was the bathroom had a slightly bad smell the entire time, in which we think may have been how the plumbing was for the building (not to do with digestive problems!). We left the fan on to circulate the air, and the sliding glass door open upstairs to help this problem.

Es muy hogareño y el personal muy amable y dispuesto a brindarte lo que necesites. La ubicación es genial. Las camas son cómodas.
Se escuchan ruidos, tiene algunos entrepisos que son de madera y se escucha que mueven muebles o corren sillas y a veces se hacía molesto. El resto es excelente.
Simple but comfortable room. Nice interior decor. Very good breakfast. Conveniently located. The staff is very kind and professional. They allowed me to keep my suitcases there for three nights while away on a trip and were flexible with me arriving late at night.
