Pros:

Hotel Casa Cavassa Centro Histórico Cusco is a small and charming hotel in a perfect location, just steps from the Plaza de Armas. We stayed seven nights and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. The owners and staff are incredibly kind and helpful, the rooms are modern and very clean, and housekeeping does an excellent job. Breakfast is also good and a nice start to the day.

쿠스코 숙소 고민 중이면 여기 그냥 가세요
Pros:

쿠스코 여행하면서 진짜 인생 숙소 만나서 후기 남겨요. 여기는 위치부터 일단 사기에요. 아르마스 광장이랑 시장 다 가깝고 웬만하면 다 걸어 다닐 수 있는데, 제일 대박인 건 숙소 바로 옆에 수수료 없는 ATM이 있다는 거! 여행 시작할 때 여기서 돈 뽑으면 진짜 세상 편해요. 대로변이라 밤늦게 다녀도 치안 걱정 1도 안 됐고요.

방도 매일매일 너무 깨끗해서 좋았는데, 사실 여긴 사장님이 찐이에요. 제가 살면서 본 사람 중에 제일 선하고 친절하신 것 같아요. 항상 웃는 얼굴로 반겨주시는데 그 선한 기운이 너무 좋아서 이 숙소 하나 때문에 쿠스코 다시 오고 싶을 정도예요.

아, 그리고 여기엔 우주 최강 귀요미 벨보이가 있어요ㅠㅠ 진짜 세상에서 제일 반갑게 환영해 주는데 보고 싶어서 미치겠네요.. 혹시 안 보이면 사장님한테 벨보이 어디 있냐고 꼭 물어보세요. 진짜 심장 폭행당합니다. 모든 게 완벽 그 이상이었어요. 쿠스코 가면 여기 무조건 추천해요!


If you’re heading to Cusco, just book this place. Seriously, it was the highlight of my trip. The location is unbeatable—super close to Plaza de Armas and the market, so I walked everywhere. There’s also a fee-free ATM right next door, which was a huge lifesaver for getting cash. Since it’s right on the main street, I felt totally safe even walking back late at night.

The rooms were spotless every single day, but what really made this place special was the owner. He’s genuinely one of the kindest, most pure-hearted people I’ve ever met. His smile just makes your day! I’d honestly come back to Cusco just to stay here again.

Also, you HAVE to meet the "bellboy." He is hands down the cutest thing in the universe. If you don't see him around, definitely ask for him—he gives the warmest welcome you’ll ever get. I miss him so much already! This place is beyond perfect. Highly recommend!

El personal! Nos ayudaron mucho con todo.
La ubicación también es excelente: segura y cerca de todos los landmarks.
Los patios de la recepción y sobre todo el desayunador son hermosos.

It was very cute and right in the heart of CUSCO close to everything. The staff were very accommodating and nice.

Cons:

The only thing was the shower pressure and lack of hot water for the showers. The hot water was hit and miss.

Good location, good character, nice desk staff. Hot water issues, cats roam, manager rude, lock
Pros:

The location is great, close to central plaza with lots to do within walking distance. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quaint with lots of character.

Cons:

The shower water didn’t get hot until the last of the three nights we stayed there, staff said the hot water heater was broken and would be fixed by tomorrow but never happened until two nights later. We are not fluent in Spanish and our friend who came to get us from the hotel kindly asked the staff about the water issue in fluent Spanish to ensure good communication, this set off the manager, who I assume took offense to someone not staying there asking on behalf of her friends who were staying about the stay issues. She started to yell at my friend and escort her out of the premises. VERY, VERY rude of her. Also… there are cats roaming the hotel. For me, this wasn’t an issue I love cats. But for my friends, they didn’t like the fact that every morning and just about every time you opened your door the cats would run into the room and would hide under the chair until you asked the hotel staff to get them back. If someone is severely allergic to cats, DO NOT STAY HERE. They would also wrap up breakfast early when they state that it’s from 6-9am, but show up at 8 and it’s all put up. Another issue with our room was the lock, the lock “worked” per se, but if you pushed the double doors the came right open despite it being “locked”. The only way to ensure the doors were properly locked were if you latched it from the inside, which is good if you’re in the room or just use one door but if it came undone or someone didn’t latch it, anyone could get into the room while you are gone.

Super séjour à Cusco
Pros:

L'emplacement de cet hôtel est parfait, proche du centre. Le personnel est très aimable et la chambre était très spacieuse. On peut laisser notre sac chez eux pendant le trek des incas.

Cons:

Malgré le chauffage d'appoint, il faisait très froid dans la chambre si on ne le faisait pas tourner (mais il fait un énorme bruit, pas possible de dormir avec). Nous avons logé en juillet (hiver ici).

L'accueil, la gentillesse de tous les membres du personnel, l'emplacement de l'établissement qui est à moins de 5mn à pieds de la place des armes. Nous avons séjournés deux fois dans cet hôtel lors de notre périple et si c'était à refaire je ne prendrais pas la peine de chercher un nouvel établissement, nous y retournerions. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe

Everything. Margarita was amazing and so helpful, she took all the stress out of the stay and nothing has been too hard. The location is spot on, close to the centre square, and has an old world charm to it.

Nothing, it was as close to the perfect experience as you could want.

Fantastic hotel in the centre of Cusco with very pleasant staff
Pros:

The staff were excellent, very sweet people who made life very easy the whole duration of our stay. They accommodated to all of our needs and made us feel very welcome

Cons:

It can be loud outside for the majority of the night and early in the morning due to traffic.
