A localização é ótima. A limpeza foi excelente. O atendimento foi excelente.
Beautiful property with kind helpful staff. We left our things there to go to Machu Picchu and were late coming back but they still held everything for us. One front desk staff (her name begins with a Y, I think it was Yanet) was very kind to us.

O pátio interno com mesas do restaurante é lindo e aconchegante. Os drinks e a comida são ótimos. A decoração do 1o andar, preservando aspectos da casa original, é deslumbrante. Mas, o melhor de tudo, é o atendimento do staff.

Excelente localização e café da manhã excepcional. O hotel possui ainda uma Alpaca que é a coisa mais linda do mundo. Excelente opção para quem vai ficar em Cusco.

La atención del personal fue muy buena. La atmósfera general del hotel también. El restaurante es muy rico al igual que el desayuno. Tuve que trabajar en remoto y el wifi funcionó sin ningún problema y con buena velocidad.
