Pros:

Super schönes Hotel, relativ zentral gelegen. Sehr ruhige und schöne Zimmer. Das Bett war super bequem und das Sofa bot zusätzlichen Platz. Der Innenraum des Hotels ist wunderschön und das Restaurant sehr gut. Das Ffühstück bietet eine sehr große Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Speisen an, auch konnte ich für einen sehr frühen Ausflug eine Frühstücksbox bekommen, die auch sehr gut war. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Service der Mitarbeitenden, die stets freundlich und hilfsbereit waren, allen voran Mayara R., die äußerst höflich und zuvorkommend war. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen

Cons:

חלק מהצוות בקושי דובר אנגלית, היה לפעמים קשה לתקשר איתם. גם בקבלה לא תמיד היה קל לתקשר עם הצוות.
לדעתי גם המחיר קצת גבוה יחסית למלונות אחרים טובים באזור.

Pros:

Unexpected overnight in this hotel.
We experienced a warm welcom with super service special from our host , Mayara, in the restaurant on 17th of march 2026. Very friendly lady, very good manners, top for your hotel.
Also excellent breakfast with very friendly hostess.
Thank for staying in your hotel with very good chambers.
I will recomment your hotel for sure.

Great hotel and location
Pros:

Fantastic hotel with the front entrance and lobby area being a former colonial building. Stunning architecture and ambiance in the common area, which has a large covered (and heated) patio.

There’s a restaurant and bar with a variety of food and drinks. The breakfast buffet is great and really varied including a “healthy” section with veggies and gluten free options.

There are guest rooms in both the colonial house as well as a separate building at the back. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and quiet. WiFi is fast and reliable.

Location is really ideal, and is a short walk to the main square.

What’s not to love? Highly recommended.

More than just cleaning – Amazing Organization!
Pros:

I am extremely impressed with Mr. Xavier’s cleaning service. He did an outstanding job in every area, ensuring everything was spotless. What stood out the most was how he organized all my belongings perfectly and even went above and beyond by folding almost all of my clothes. His attention to detail is remarkable.

A must-stay hotel to enjoy Cuzco from.
Pros:

Wonderful staff, beautiful Colonial style rooms and central lobby, and a fantastic location just off Plaza de Armas. Beautiful restaurant menu, and great breakfast buffet. They even packed a big breakfast bag for our Macchu Picchu day trip.

Most comfortable stay in Cusco
Pros:

I had the my best experience in Cusco. The rooms were clean, nice fragrance and all stuff were polite, friendly and helpful.
Special mentioning a lady called Mayara R, that one needs a promotion, very hardworking.

Stay at Cusco Novotel! You'll love it!!
Pros:

We stayed 2 nights each side of our trip to Machu Picchu. The facilities are excellent. Beautifully presented, clean, right in the heart of town near the Plaza and tourist sites.
The food is great but of particular note are the staff. Friendly, super helpful, full of great ideas and helpful tips. We want to mention the lovely Mayara whose smile lit up the start of our days, and who was genuinely caring of us, especially in dealing with altitude sickness.
If we come back to Cusco we will definitely stay here again!
