Novotel, Cusco
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience at Novotel. Excellent location. Our room was beautiful and the atmosphere and service was excellent. The breakfast crew were great especially Mayara. I highly recommend this hotel.

A must-stay hotel to enjoy Cuzco from.
Pros:

Wonderful staff, beautiful Colonial style rooms and central lobby, and a fantastic location just off Plaza de Armas. Beautiful restaurant menu, and great breakfast buffet. They even packed a big breakfast bag for our Macchu Picchu day trip.

Most comfortable stay in Cusco
Pros:

I had the my best experience in Cusco. The rooms were clean, nice fragrance and all stuff were polite, friendly and helpful.
Special mentioning a lady called Mayara R, that one needs a promotion, very hardworking.

Best Family dinner in Peru
Pros:

We had the most amazing dinner. We had the seven courses and everything was really tasteful! Would definitely recommend this place for a night of good food and good scenery!

Stay at Cusco Novotel! You'll love it!!
Pros:

We stayed 2 nights each side of our trip to Machu Picchu. The facilities are excellent. Beautifully presented, clean, right in the heart of town near the Plaza and tourist sites.
The food is great but of particular note are the staff. Friendly, super helpful, full of great ideas and helpful tips. We want to mention the lovely Mayara whose smile lit up the start of our days, and who was genuinely caring of us, especially in dealing with altitude sickness.
If we come back to Cusco we will definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel but could hear through walls
Pros:

Such a lovely place to stay. The interior or hotel is beautiful and the room was a good space. The only reason I took off a star is because you could hear everything through the walls (rolling suitcases, people talking, next door room’s shower). Staff was extremely nice and attentive. A short walk to Plaza de las Armas and picturesque streets.

Perfect location near Plaza de Armas with premium amenities including high-end restaurant, spa, and exceptional service!
Pros:

Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location is absolutely perfect - right near Plaza de Armas, making it easy to walk to all the main restaurants, shops, and tour starting points. The high-end restaurant on-site offers excellent food and service, which was very convenient. Having a spa available at the hotel was a wonderful amenity - perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They provided excellent recommendations and assistance with arranging tours.

Cons:

Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. The hotel delivered on all fronts and provided an exceptional experience throughout our stay.

Pros:

I loved staying at Novotel. Beautiful space. Amazing food and the staff is so courteous and helpful. Shout out to Carlos and Luis for being so kind and welcoming. I will stay here again. The location is ideal. Close to the square so everything is within walking distance but not too close to the hubbub of the square.
