Friendly staff. Nice ambiance

Beautiful accommodations, warm friendly staff (they were THE BEST!), PERFECT LOCATION, delicious food. Novotel has a beautiful center courtyard that is a haven of comfort, beauty, and peace. In particular, Mayara and Joseph were the sweetest, most attentive servers and staff. The spa, Namaste, while not part of the hotel, has entrance from the hotel. The full body massage was to die for, and we finished it off with an hour in the steam room. Wow!

Excellent hotel. Very centrally located. The restaurant Yaku Wasi served delicious food. Mayara R was very attentive and accommodating. Excellent customer service.

O ponto alto com certeza é a gentileza dos funcionários, sempre atenciosos e prontos a nos ajudar a ter a melhor estadia possível; a localização do hotel, perto de vários locais de interesse: praça das armas, catedral, museo Coricancha, mercado San Pedro, bares, restaurantes e lojas, facilitando assim para que pudéssemos fazer muitas coisas a pé; e, principalmente, o fato de que o hotel possui Oxigênio gratuito, o que foi fundamental para o meu restabelecimento após uma crise de enxaqueca e falta de ar devida a altitude (soroche). No mais, os quartos e camas são bastante confortáveis, tudo muito limpo e café da manhã farto. Recomendo!

This is a simply superb hotel located very close to the main plaza and all attractions in Cusco and yet is very unobtrusive from the street and was extremely quiet and comfortable. I stayed there three times between treks during a recent visit to Cusco and enjoyed it enormously. The food in the restaurant was excellent and it was immaculately clean throughout. The rooms are modern and provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. The old and new sections of the hotel blend together extremely well. In particular, the quality of the staff throughout the hotel was exceptional. They were uniformly professional, warm and welcoming and went out of their way to ensure I had a good stay. While all staff members were excellent, I wanted in particular to highlight Mayara R. in the restaurant who seemed to work both early mornings (breakfast starts being served at 5 am) and in the restaurant in the evenings. She was unfailingly courteous and charming and went above and beyond to help me when I need to obtain some packing material. I cannot recommend this hotel and its excellent staff highly enough. It was a real pleasure to stay here.

Absolute fabulous experience !! Mayara was always smiling & so much help!! Beautiful place!! Thank you! Perfect from beginning to end!! Food amazing! We were here as a large group for our daughter’s wedding!! We would definitely stay again !

Excellent restaurant in terms of quality and variety of food plus very friendly service.
All staff are genuinely friendly and courteous.

First night, our room in the older colonial part was very noisy from both the nearby street traffic plus the loud noises that echo up from the gorgeous indoor patio. We could not be moved into the quieter modern section until our second night so only managed a few hours’ sleep that first night.

Hotel has great location and wonderful staff but should consider better sound proofing for rooms that face onto the interior patio and/or Main Street.

The hotel is located within walking distance to lots of historic places, restaurants, bars, stores, and laundry.
The staff is always attentive and always helpful with any directions or questions you might have.
Marco at the front desk was very helpful when I left my phone on a tour bus. He made several phone calls and emails which helped me get my phone back the next day.
Jean Carlo at the front gave me so much information about where to go.
Yerson was very attentive at the bar and made sure everything went smooth with my food and drinks .

We stayed five days in this beautiful hotel.
The service was outstanding and we enjoyed the daily breakfast, special thanks to Mayara, and also William, who provided everything we needed with a warm smile. The hotel also brought portable oxygen tank promptly to us for altitude sickness when we needed it, without extra charge except 20 soles for the personal mask. I highly recommend Novotel Cusco to anyone visiting Cusco.

Super schönes Hotel, relativ zentral gelegen. Sehr ruhige und schöne Zimmer. Das Bett war super bequem und das Sofa bot zusätzlichen Platz. Der Innenraum des Hotels ist wunderschön und das Restaurant sehr gut. Das Ffühstück bietet eine sehr große Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Speisen an, auch konnte ich für einen sehr frühen Ausflug eine Frühstücksbox bekommen, die auch sehr gut war. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Service der Mitarbeitenden, die stets freundlich und hilfsbereit waren, allen voran Mayara R., die äußerst höflich und zuvorkommend war. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen

Beautiful colonial hotel! Staff were very attentive and helpful. The food was delicious and fresh ( many options to choose from). Jossef Wilian our breakfast server was very courteous, kind and efficient. I highly recommend this hotel.

Unexpected overnight in this hotel.
We experienced a warm welcom with super service special from our host , Mayara, in the restaurant on 17th of march 2026. Very friendly lady, very good manners, top for your hotel.
Also excellent breakfast with very friendly hostess.
