Estava tudo otimo
Ubicación.
Las camas y ropa de cama se sentían muy duras, había mucho ruido por las noches en la habitación.
La atención fue estupenda. La habitación era muy cómoda, incluso mejor de lo que se veía en la fotografía de la página web a través de la cual reservé. Tenía una cama king en la primera planta y dos camas de dos plazas en la planta superior. La ubicación es inmejorable, muy cerca de la plaza mayor, del palacio arzobispal (donde está la famosa piedra de los doce ángulos y donde inicia la cuesta de San Blas) y del Convento de Santa Catalina.
En general, todo estuvo muy bien.

Alojé en habitación colonial y era muy hermosa , y amplia luego nos pasamos a las standard y estuvo bien también , son más silenciosas y tienen mejores vistas , el desayuno era súper bueno , el hall central linda arquitectura y bien amoblado , todo el personal amable
Aloje de ida y de vuelta ya que iba a Arequipa , quise coordinar algunas cosas para mi segundo paso por el hotel y la verdad nunca me contestaban desde el contacto que hay en what app
