Ik werd s nachts opgehaald om een hike te doen. Ik vertelde dat mijn vriendin in de ochtend zou uitchecken. Toen ik weg was kwam een man van het hotel kwam s nachts om 1:30 am de kamer binnen terwijl mijn vriendin daar alleen lag. Hij klopte niet aan maar deed gewoon de deur open.
Daarnaast was het erg luid in het hotel. 'S nachts werd nog hard gepraat op de gangen.
Clean spacious rooms and bathrooms.
Lobby area was very open and nice to relax in with complimentary tea and water station.
Staff were all kind and respectful. Customer service was exceptional.
Excellent breakfast. Restaurant was also good.
For us the main issue was the bed. Every minor move / adjustment the bedhead banged against the wall which made it difficult to get a good night sleep. The mattress was also firm but this was secondary to the banging.
Shower pressure was low but that said the shower was otherwise really nice.
Laundry services were very expensive, particularly if you wanted same day service (50% markup). Would recommend if you need your clothes washed you walk to nearby laundry which does laundry in 2 hours delivered to your hotel for a fraction of the price.

The rooms are clean, we had possibility to to heat with an electric heater.
It will be better if in bathroom we will have a mobile shower.
PROBLEM: On August 23, 2026, I left my wallet in my purse and my purse in my suitcase. When I returned, I was missing 50 euros. I announced in the morning of August 25 that the money was missing and that my suitcase and purse had been rummaged through. The reaction of the reception staff and especially the hotel manager was defiant, considering it my fault that I had not announced it on the evening of August 23. My group visit schedule was quite intense and I considered that the information given would be sufficient.

The lounge on ground floor offers a clean interior and a comfortable atmosphere. This hotel is located Qorikancha, Temple of the Sun right next door, and to offer easy access to downtown.
