Pros:

Spacious, clean room with massive beds and hot showers.

The building is beautiful with a relaxing courtyard in the heart of Cusco old town.

Great buffet breakfast and staff went above and beyond catering to dietary requirements. Hotel kindly stored out luggage for the night prior to check-in for our visit to Aguas Calientes.
