Hotel ideal
Pros:

El personal ha sido de lo mejor, al llegar te dan un té de coca y te hacen una explicación de como te vas a sentir, actividades que puedes hacer... Te sientes cuidada, vaya :)
La ubicación excelente, la limpieza, todo genial. Ningún pero.

Highly recommend this hotel!
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a great location in Cuzco. Comfortable bed, great breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was beautiful with a gorgeous picturre window to enjoy the mountains by day and lights by night. Loved it!

A fantastic place to stay in beautiful Cusco.
Pros:

As someone who tries to provide constructive feedback to hotels I find it hard to fault anything at Casa San Blas. The staff are wonderful, rooms are great, location is perfect and breakfast is a feast. And then there is the personal touch of caring for my wife suffering from the altitude (special shoutout to Aida in the kitchen) and a surprise delivery to our room of a hot water bottle on a cold night! The only tiny constructive criticism I can offer is that the hot water takes a long time to come through in the shower. Such a minor thing and I’m a bit ashamed to even mention it but that’s all I’ve got! Otherwise a perfect stay in this great hotel in wonderful Cusco. Thankyou to all the staff.

Relaxed stay, not to much up hill walking as it’s well located. I had a lovely stay.
Pros:

The hotel is well situated, it was clean and very comfortable beds, room was quiet and decorated nicely.
There is free fresh water, breakfast was lovely.
The staff were very attentive and kind, they looked after me with oxygen as I had altitude sickness. They sent out information prior to my stay about the hotel and Cusco and altitude sickness.
I would book again.

My window was an internal window onto the reception.

Too expensive for the facilities; there are better alternatives in a similar location

Cons:

There was neither an extractor fan nor a window in the bathroom! After a shower the humidity stayed for hours in the room. The room was damp and smelled slightly mouldy.
