Pros:

L attention donnée aux clients 24h/24. Le bon breakfast, les boulliottes dans le lit le 1er jour. Le petit mot personnalisé. Bravo pour toutes ces petites attention qui font la difference.

One of our favorite stays during our 3 week trip.
Pros:

The hotel history was very interesting & the staff were outstanding. Lots of little details that just really push this place to one of our favorites.

Cons:

The property is uphill from the square but once you acclimate it gets easier. It’s not long but you feel it. Location is perfect for seeing many sites within short walk. Lots of amazing restaurants.

Esta mais para uma pousada que para um hotel, com um atmosfera de atenção ao hospede. Atendentes bem atenciosos a ponto de fornecer bolsas de agua quente para esquentar nos dias frios.

Esta mais para uma pousada que para um hotel, fica em uma subida , ladeira, e isso é muito importante em se tratando de um hotel na cidade de Cusco a 3400 metros. Os quartos ficam em andares superiores com escadas o que aumenta o desgaste do hospede. o meu quarto por sinal tinha o banheiro e sala no terreio e a cama é no andar de cima. Sala do café do manha muito pequena, tem de marcar hora para comer...

Il miglior hotel del nostro viaggio in Perù!
Pros:

Tutto.
Lo staff è gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi chiarimento.
Le camere sono molto confortevoli, calde e addirittura la sera ti portano la borsa dell’acqua calda.
In caso di mal d’ altitudine hanno una bombola d’ossigeno a disposizione e il saturimetro.
La colazione è fantastica, ricchissima di frutta, succhi freschi e uova preparate al momento.
Posizione perfetta a 5 minuti dalla piazza principale di Cusco.

Hotel súper recomendado.
Pros:

Súper bien ubicado, muy limpio y el personal súper amable. Siempre pendientes y dando recomendaciones y orientaciones. Siempre que salíamos a tours antes de la hora del desayuno, nos preparaban viandas. Nos dieron una pequeña atención por nuestro aniversario.

Cons:

Tuvimos un inconveniente con el jacuzzi de la habitación pero el personal súper amable nos solucionó rápidamente y con la mejor predisposición

Great boutique hotel in fantastic location
Pros:

A great boutique hotel in the district of San Blas only 5min walking distance to the main square.
The best rooms are the (junior) suites with a view from your bed over the city (cathedral, etc) whereas the standard rooms have windows only into the courtyard. The personnel is extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic.

Cons:

Nothing - see above -if you want a view do not take a standard room.

Exceptional staff that is always helpful for anything from your tour information to altitude sickness remedies. Has a great breakfast selection and even a cook for breakfast omelettes. They will also provide to go breakfast for those early morning tours. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly even remember guests by name! I cannot rave more about this place definitely a place to return!

Amazing and comfortable
Pros:

Breakfast and location were amazing. We had an amazing stay. Everybody in the hotel was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the little coffee and Tee station in the lobby very much and the beautiful decoration throughout the whole hotel.

Pros:

Tout, c'était le meilleur hôtel de notre voyage au Pérou. Le staff est aux petits soins, donne d'excellents conseils sur la ville et les activités environnantes. Le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, au calme, en plein quartier san blas. La douche est chaude et la chambre est bien décorée
