Jedna z ładniejszych miejscówek, w której nocowaliśmy. Piękny, butikowy, zadbany hotel, z przemiłą obsługą, która rzeczywiście była zainteresowana naszymi potrzebami. Śniadanie na wynos gotowe na 3-4 rano, w zależności o której potrzebujesz. Termofory na noc. Herbata, kawa, woda dostępna za darmo w recepcji. Do hotelu na pewno trzeba wdrapywać się z centrum Cusco pod górę. Piękny prawie prywatny taras przed pokojem z cudownym widokiem z góry na Cusco. Naprawdę warto tam nocować!

Ubicación ideal del hotel. Personal encantador, empezando por su dueño. Una persona entrañable y muy culta con la que daba mucho gusto hablar.
No hubo nada que no me gustase. Repetiría ahí sin duda. De hecho ya lo he recomendado a unos conocidos que van a ir por la zona.
The hotel was in a great location! We loved the breakfast menu, even though it was a small space. The staff was extremely professional and attentive to our needs. Special shoutout to Mihaele, who welcomed us to the hotel and gave us lots of great tips and sites to see. We also loved that they offered unlimited filtered water, and coca tea.
The walls were quite thin, so we could hear a lot of noise along the corridors. It could also be the fact that we were placed in the room next to reception. But this wasn’t a big issue as we were able to sleep well most days because of the comfortable bed.
Della struttura mi è piaciuta tutto sommato la posizione e la colazione. Lo staff, per quanto possibile, ha cercato di venire incontro alle nostre esigenze.
Non mi è piaciuto:
- stanze piccole e vecchie, non da boutique hotel;
- bisogna comunicare l’orario della colazione perché la sala è piccola, praticamente bisogna decidere l’orario della sveglia dalla sera prima come quando si va a lavoro;
- lo staff è entrato di sera nella stanza, in nostra assenza e senza avvisarci, per lasciare la borsa dell’acqua calda;
- bagno piccolissimo e vecchio, da ristrutturare

The location is perfect, in the San Blas neighborhood, but only a few blocks from the playa mayor del Cusco. Also near the 12 angle stone. The hotel is small, the receptionist was very friendly and professional (Eileen?). Each room is decorated according to different aspects of weaving and elements in the culture. Our room was “Cocha” meaning water in quechua. Breakfast was included. The breakfast room was small yet it was the best breakfast we had in our days in the different places in Cusco. Buffet style with eggs made to order. Also the evening receptionist was very king and knowledgeable (Juan Diego).
Our room was at ground level and with little natural light. Choose a room in the higher levels.
The location was excellent in the centre of the San Blas district and very close to the Plaza de Armas; the breakfast was excellent, as were our rooms, but I think what made it excellent for us was the incredible hospitality. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and they made us feel very much at home. Juan Diego and Miguel stand out as excellent members of staff but in reality it is not easy to pick out stand-out members, as it was the whole set up and atmosphere. The hotel was beautifully designed with little touches that made it extraordinarily interesting as well as homely.
