Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.

Good value in a lovely building
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was very clean.
Amazing courtyard and building is well maintained.

Massage service in hotel was great, but comes at a premium compared to what is in the town.

Decent breakfast with good omelette to order.

We had 2 separate stays with a trek in middle.

First stay we had a suite which was great with all facilities. Note that window opened into courtyard rather than outside.

Second stay was a standard room, but it lacked some basic things like kettle.

Cons:

Restaurant was not the best. Food in other restaurants was better with plenty of options in walking distance

Lack of kettle in standard room was annoying

La limpieza y comodidad de las camas y baño. La atención de una persona del seco masculina que nos orientó acerca de lugares del Cusco.

Algunos empleados no amables en recepción y en el restaurante. El balcón de la habitación no se podia abrir ni tenía vista

Cerca del mercado san pedro y se puede ir caminando a todos lados..
Tienen room service 24h y estaba muy rica la comida

Cons:

El parking gratis no es en el hotel, tiene horario y no trabaja feriados ni domingos. Nosotros llegamos un poco tarde y tuvimos que buscar parking privado en otro lugar de la ciudad e ir de uber al hotel.
Se escucha mucho ruido de los pisos al caminar.
El baño en momentos se sentía un olor fuerte.

(i) Entrada 16hs e SAIDA às 10 da manha? Diária cada vez menor!!! Isso não é diária!; Inflexível para um check out tardio, me cobravam 75% da diária para sair ás 14hs e tive que pagar uma diária extra para sair 16hs e depois falavam que ia até 15:30hs. O hotel estava longe de estar lotado logo, entendo que cobrem pela limpeza, mas cobrar uma diária extra é se aproveitar do cliente
