A valid identity document must be presented at the time of registration. This property does not admit the entry of children under 18 without the company of their parents, guardian or guardian duly accredited, in accordance with Law No. 30802. All children under 18 years of age must have an DNI or passport to be identified.
Dogs with a maximum weight of 18kg are admitted with an additional cost of USD 49.00 per night per dog. Only two dogs per room will be admitted.

In accordance with Peru's fiscal regulations, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying over 59 days in Peru) are required to pay 18% sales tax. To be exempt from paying the 18% sales tax, guests must present a copy of their immigration card and of their passport.
It is necessary to present both documents in order to qualify for sales tax payment exemption. Otherwise, guests will have to pay the indicated tax. This tax is applicable in the case of rooms shared by guests who have to pay the sales tax and guests exempt from paying the sales tax.
Foreign business guests who request a printed invoice are also required to pay 18% sales tax, regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This tax is not automatically included in the total amount of the reservation.

The hotel was a wonderful stay for my family and friends. We were a large group of 28 people, and they accommodated us very well. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The last day was my birthday and they also gave me a surprise for breakfast. Overall we enjoyed our stay so much! A big thank you to the hotel staff especially Thalia? Edilson, Zunilda, Saul, and Irwin.
As seniors my wife and I are very impressed with the attentive staff and friendliness.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Casa Andina. We requested a quiet room away from the street and they were more than happy to accommodate us. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. My wife had a massage in the room as they offered half price massages for 70 sol for 45 minutes. She said that it was outstanding. The best part of the stay, however, was enjoying breakfast in the morning. Carlos Becerra waited on us and he was amazing. Anything we wanted he provided, and he did so with so much enthusiasm. It was obvious that his cruise ship experience paid off and that the hotel should be very proud to have him. What a wonderful man and and joy to talk to. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that the chef, Edison, was amazing as well. Always eager to please us. I highly recommend this hotel.

Mum and I had a great stay at Casa Adina Standard Cusco Catedral. We stayed 2 nights in a twin room with a balcony and a view of the Cusco Cathedral, went to Machu Picchu for one night and came back to the hotel for 2 more nights in a standard room. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Carlos at the breakfast service always greeted us with a smile and was ready and willing to help. The location of the hotel was the best, in the historic centre metres away from the main square, the cathedrals, bars, cafes, restaurants and walking distance to many other attractions including the markets. We highly recommend staying at Casa Andina!

Casa Andina Standard Cusco Hotel could not have met our need any more. Everyone was a pleasure especially seeing Carlos' happy face every morning at breakfast. And Saul was a pleasure at the front desk during check in. We were able to leave our bags here while traveling to Machu Picchu, and the location could not have been more convenient. Highly reccomend.
