Above and beyond anything I could have expected.

My daughter had a medical emergency and all the staff went above and beyond to help us. I wan’t to especially thank Mishell in Reception and Shirley for their extraordinary support and disposition.

L’unica vera finestra dona sul corridoio e quindi è impossibile da aprire. Visto che non c’è l’aria condizionata, l’aerazione nelle camere non era la migliore.

One of the best in Cusco.
Pros:

An excellent 5 star hotel in a great location. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The suites were huge and well appointed with multiple tv's and fireplaces. Well worth the upgrade.

Cons:

Can't find anything to dislike.

I thought it was a beautiful hotel. The staff was very helpful, I can’t stop raving about the In-house tour guide!!!! Yordan was so helpful and always communicated. I also really appreciated the free water in the bathrooms.
