In accordance with Peru's fiscal regulations, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying over 59 days in Peru) are required to pay 18% sales tax. To be exempt from paying the 18% sales tax, guests must present a copy of their immigration card and of their passport.
It is necessary to present both documents in order to qualify for sales tax payment exemption. Otherwise, guests will have to pay the indicated tax. This tax is applicable in the case of rooms shared by guests who have to pay the sales tax and guests exempt from paying the sales tax.
Foreign business guests who request a printed invoice are also required to pay 18% sales tax, regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This tax is not automatically included in the total amount of the reservation.

No merece ser un hotel 5 estrellas , nisiquiera tiene aire acondicionado, no me ayudaron con las maletas a la hora de llegar
The hotel is in a good location, it is a historic building with nice rooms and a good breakfast, water refill stations
Just on the edge of town so sometimes a bit harder to get a pick up but not impossible

serviços/funcionários. Esses custos de remuneração de funcionária deveriam estar incluídos no preço da diária na hora da reserva. Além disso, os funcionários quando fazem algum serviço específico, como nos atender no restaurante ou carregar as malas, esperam alguma gratificação. Nenhum outro hotel do Peru onde fiquei hospedada, me cobraram essa taxa. ABSURDO!
Beautiful historic building, super comfortable beds and breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had.
It would have been nice to have a larger window in the bedroom / more natural light, but that was down to the building’s architecture.

One of the best stays we had during our time in Peru. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive, welcoming and helpful.
The team at reception and the concierge desk were absolutely lovely and always went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed. The service throughout the hotel was excellent, and everyone made us feel genuinely well looked after.
The restaurant was also very good, with attentive staff and a lovely atmosphere.
Overall, we had such a wonderful stay at Casa Andina Premium and would happily stay here again. Everything was just excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended!
