Overall incredible stay, hope to return again.
Pros:

I loved the layout of the property with the large covered courtyard/dining area in the middle. The staff were attentive, polite, and charming. The free breakfast was diverse, and the rooms were cozy and authentic. The maid service was concise and thorough. I really enjoyed the balcony in my room overlooking the street.

Cons:

The only thing I can think of is proximity to Plaza de Armas. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk. Other than that everything was perfect.

È stata la prima struttura in cui ho soggiornato a Cusco ed è stata l’accoglienza di cui avevo bisogno venendo da Puno: una camera con un balconcino e la vista su Cusco, con riscaldamento e doccia calda. Il cortile in cui fare colazione è bellissimo. Anche la posizione è perfetta, San Blas è il quartiere più vivo della città e passeggiare nei dintorni è molto piacevole. Inoltre i taxi arrivano facilmente

Pros:

Good location for getting to central plaza. Closet for hanging wet clothes after our trek. Offered to go breakfast before our tour.

Cons:

Coffee in am was not hot. After a day of travel was disappointed that 4th floor kitchen only had soup available.

Lovely accommodation and outstanding hosts
Pros:

The staff are special. So nice and accommodating, and we weren’t easy guests! They helped us move room when we couldn’t stay in the previous room - there was no issue with the room, just an unexpected friend with 8 legs. Rooms were nice, bath and shower were both good.

Cons:

Breakfast is so so but they do provide custom eggs and will provide a breakfast bag when going on early trips.

Good location, safe, clean, wonderful staff and nice sociable breakfast area with the best fruit.
Pros:

Excellent fruit better than the 5 star hotel i stayed at and little breakfast area conducive to meeting other guests which was nice for solo traveller. The reception staff were lovely and really helpful. i went in cooler time of year. entrance is off the main street up side steps did n't see at first.

Cons:

Not sure there were bedside lights.

Cusco tarihi kısımda sessiz, temiz,rahat bir otel.
Pros:

Tertemiz, rahat, çalışanlar nazik ilgili ve her konuda yardımcı oluyor. Cusco eski şehir kısmında ve ana meydana yakın. Kahvaltısı çok güzel, tatmin edici. Odalarin dekorasyonu dağ evi gibi çok değişik, güzel. Yataklar rahat. Sessiz, gürültü yok. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Gelecek olanlara gönülden tavsiye ederiz.

Pros:

Hotel Los Apus fue una muy buena experiencia. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y el desayuno es variado, con frutas de temporada.
Teníamos una excursión a Machu Picchu y debíamos salir a las 3 de la mañana; aun así, en recepción nos esperaron con una bolsa con los desayunos listos, un detalle que realmente apreciamos.
Esperamos poder volver en algún momento.

Cons:

Como único punto a mejorar, sentimos que los precios del servicio de lavandería eran un poco elevados y decidimos no utilizarlo, pero por lo demás todo estuvo muy bien.

Very nice place in the historic center of Cusco
Pros:

Our stay in Hotel and Mirador Los Apus has been exceptional. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast was of good quality and the room very nice. The view of the city from the terrace was also breathtaking. They also offer unlimited coca tea for helping against altitude sickness. I strongly recommend this place.

Hospitalidade e conforto
Pros:

Especialmente dos funcionários! Muito amáveis, educados, sempre prontos e dispostos a nos ajudar, sem medir esforços!!! Nos sentimos realmente acolhidos, o que fez total diferença na viagem. Agradecemos em especial à Sra. Rocio por todo apoio que nos deu, na chegada, quando estava sentindo o "mal da altitude" quanto na partida, quando ela não mediu esforços para nós ajudar com uma necessaire esquecida por nós no quarto. Gracias por todo, Rocio! Também o Sr. Willer, no café da manhã e a atendente Ayné, todos muito simpáticos! Recomendamos certamente! Café da manhã muito bom e variado! A gente se sentiu em casa no hotel!
