Cons:

Wir hatten mehrere Zimmer. Die Zimmer neben dem Patio, in dem es Frühstück gibt, dürften eigentlich nicht vermietet werden oder nur mit besonderem Hinweis und deutlichem Preisabschlag, da man es viel zu laut ist. Leider hat man bei der Buchung darauf keinen Einfluss, welches Zimmer man bekommt. Das Personal war sehr unterschiedlich von inkompetent bis sehr nett. Die Inneneinrichtung benötigt mal einer Generalüberhöhung.

A charming and well-located hotel with great service, though access and comfort may be challenging for some guests.
Pros:

The location is excellent, very close to Plaza Mayor de Cusco, with all major attractions within walking distance. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good.

Cons:

As we stayed in late March and early April, it could still get a bit cold at night despite the heating. The entrance is not directly on the street and requires climbing a fairly large set of steps, which can be inconvenient when carrying heavy luggage. In addition, as the hotel is located in a historic area, there is no elevator and all access is via stairs, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Great staff & location
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mirador Los Apus and would happily return. This hotel has a charming, traditional Cusco atmosphere while still offering comfort and great service.

The location is excellent — just a short walk from the historic center and Plaza de Armas, yet tucked away on a quiet street so you can rest peacefully at night. Because it sits slightly uphill, you also get beautiful views over the city.

The rooms are cozy, clean, and decorated in a classic Andean style with warm wood and colorful textiles. The beds were very comfortable, and the hot shower was perfect after long days exploring Cusco and nearby sites.

The staff truly make this hotel special. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. I’ve lost my phone and they did everything they’ve could to help and find it. Successfully!

Wunderbares kleines Hotel in Top-Lage!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr hübsch eingerichtet, das Frühstück reichhaltig (viel Obst, jeden Tag unterschiedlich). Die Lage ist super, an einer Sackgasse gelegen, so dass es wenig Verkehr gab (also sehr ruhig, ich habe super geschlafen). Es gibt nur wenige Zimmer, daher ist das ganze sehr familiär. Zudem ist Senora Rocio am Emfpfang so nett und herzlich - danke dafür!

Friendly, authentic Peruvian hotel so close to everthing that us tourists need and want to see!
Pros:

1. Friendly, caring, welcoming staff. 2. Great location-so close to Historic Centre. Easy walk in and out a number of times per day. Also, within 20 meters of a mini mart, ATM and Laundry. This is REALLY CONVENIENT. 3. Cosy, clean, very comfortable room. 4. Lovely, genuine ambience. 5. Teas are available 24/7 as is assistance if needed- reception is staffed through the night. 6. Lovely breakfast.

Cons:

Zero. Its all very good!

Pros:

There was always muña and coca tea available. The hotel environment stimulates interaction with the other guests which is nice. The breakfast is good. The breakfast man and the cleaning lady are very kind. The rooms have an authentic feeling to them. The location is amazing in the historical center. It’s safe with the front door generally locked. There is the option to store your luggage if you go on a multiple day tour and return later. You can get your own food delivered without issues. In general I really liked the hotel.
