Hotel Monasterio exceeded our expectations in every way, from the kindness and attentiveness of the staff to the beauty and comfort of the facilities.
Beyond amazing. I loved this hotel in every way. The spacious room, the architecture and the service. You will have an amazing time there. The concierge Roger helped us planned all the activities and restaurants during our 4 days stay, he was perfect. The building is gorgeous and worth visiting. I will come back one day for sure! I definitely
recommend !
I loved everything
Sengen var alt for blød
As an avid traveler and one who has stayed at several different luxury properties I must state emphatically this was the most impressive stay and service I have ever experienced. The staff from moment one until checkout were remarkable, attentive, kind, informative and caring. The room was lovely and the food exceptional. The property itself is beautiful and the experience heightened by the professionalism and passion of the staff. If possible I would rate the hotel as 6 stars. Thank you for everything you provided to make this stay beyond memorable. Matthew.
Belmond Monasterio in Cusco is truly magical — staying in a beautifully preserved former monastery right in the heart of the city feels both peaceful and special. The atmosphere, service, and sense of history make it an unforgettable experience.
Misinformation on arrival regarding restaurants upon arrival.
Beautiful hotel in a restored historic monastery in the center of historic Cusco. Staff were fantastic. The higher spec rooms were terrific but some of the others were small so please chose carefully.
The hotel is located right in Cusco. You can take a quick walk and be right in the center of the city. The rooms are very unique but spacious. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast bus a sight to see with a lot of options.
it was quiet, food was great and the art tour was amazing
nothing really, other than the main restaurant was open for more days of the week
