Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

Sin duda la amabilidad de su personal, y la ubicación inmejorable. Te van a recibir con un tecito servido en unas tazas maravillosas y te ofrecerán un pisco sour por la tarde. No hubo problema sin solucionar por el personal de recepción.
La decoración podría mejorarse bastante. Pretende mezclar lo antiguo de la cultura cuzqueña con lo moderno internacional. Sin embargo, lo moderno, ya está fuera de moda. ¿Y si le dan una renovación?
Service was outstanding, room was huge and well appointed. The free jacuzzi and steam room were very welcome after a few exhausting days
The room was initially cold as it was big and the wooden doors have a lot of gaps. The heating soon sorted that out

The property was absolutely beautiful and had so much character. The historic architecture, courtyard, and overall atmosphere made the stay feel very unique and luxurious. The location was also excellent for exploring Cusco, and the property had a very peaceful and relaxing feel despite being so close to everything.
We only stayed one night in Cusco. We arrived late so were unable to enjoy the complimentary pisco sour or hotel spa visit.
The hotel courtyard was very calm and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting out there.
We had a ground floor room. The room was quite spacious and charming. That said, our room was warm and we were too tired to see if it could be cooled. Other members of our group were on the second floor and found the room quite comfortable.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

You must stay at this hotel if you go to Cusco. This was one of the best hotel experiences of our lives, and trust me, I’ve been to many different hotels around the world.

Wir bekamen netterweise ein Upgrade in eine sehr großes Suite! Das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich in einem wunderschönen Gewölbe, es gibt die Möglichkeit, sich tagsüber verschiedene Tees zu zubereiten und der Flughafen Service funktioniert bestens!
