Excelente recuperação do espaco, muito bonito

1 quarto muito bom, no r/c, decoração muito gira e wc muito moderno.
Cama grande e quarto muito agradável, temperatura optima.
2 quarto no 1 andar, tinha vista, no entanto era muito grande, o que se tornou menos agradável, pois não aqueceu.
staff super atencioso e simpatico - principalmente na recepção excelente.
Pequeno almoço com várias opções

Localização era central no entanto tinha uma subida para la chegar da praca de armas.

My favorite accommodation in Cusco
Pros:

Everything: perfect spacious room, top breakfast, impeccable service … would definitely come back!!!
The ambiance is magnificent.

Cons:

Liked all parts of this … maybe the steam room in the spa needs higher temperature:)

Not good value, stay somewhere else

It’s pretty to look at and take pictures, but overall not worth it.

Not bad, but definitely not worth the amount of money at all.

The staff is kind and mostly helpful, but they don’t seem to coordinate between each other well. For example, the front desk will say something different from the Spa, so it can be confusing.

Having stayed in 3 different hotels in Cusco, there are plenty of options around $50 a night that could easily rival this place in terms of comfort, amenities, and also with free breakfast. Stay here if you like, but know you can stay in a similar place for 1/4 of the price and save it for extra things in Cusco!

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Lage nähe des Zentrums. Schöne Anlage.

Cons:

Auf den ersten Blick alles Top. Wenn man alles näher betrachtet ist einiges desolat. Lüftung sehr laut. In einem Zimmer ging die Heizung nicht (wir hatten zwei Zimmer). Es war eine Badewanne vorhanden, die mit Silikon zugeklebt wurde (aber seife hatte man hingelegt so das es nicht auffällt wenn man die Badewanne nicht benutzt).
Sehr dünne Kopfkissen - auf nachfrage wurde nur ein drittes Kissen der gleichen Art gebraucht. Das Bett fand ich persönlich auch nicht sehr bequem.

Pros:

Beautiful property throughout. Nice mix of history and modern elements. The spa was large and helpful to use. We had two deep massages and they were some of the best I’ve ever had. All of the service staff were absolutely excellent and it felt very personalized boutique service.
