Pros:

El hotel es precioso, con habitaciones espaciosas. Está muy bien ubicado. El personal del hotel es muy amable y a disposición. El desayuno es muy rico y variado. Las habitaciones están muy limpias.

Disappointing
Pros:

Clean and the breakfast is good

Cons:

The showers were cold which is crazy for 4 star hotel, the reception staff laughed at a question we had with dinner even though it had been confirmed with booking.com. It’s loud unless you get the top floor away from the road. You have to pay for the spa, even just to enter and there’s much cheaper and better spa options around Cusco center

Wi-Fi do quarto simplesmente não funcionava, cofre toda travava na hora de abrir, secador de cabelos do quarto a cada 3 minutos esquentava e desligava .. não vale o preço não
