Muy buen hotel de principio a fin. Pudimos dejar nuestras maletas el día anterior al irnos a Machupicchu y al día siguiente volver para nuestro check in. Nos quedamos durante dos noches y aunque estábamos un poco enfermos (probablemente por la altura) nos sentimos muy a gusto y el personal fue todo el tiempo muy amable. Los chicos durante el desayuno muy amables y nos prepararon siempre infusiones para el resfriado y el mal de altura.

This is the best hotel I have stayed at in South America! The staff is incredibly hospitable, and the breakfast is superb! The butler and housekeepers are the absolute best—they are simply wonderful. The hotel has a dedicated owner and excellent management! 10/10! Perfect!

¡Este es el mejor hotel en el que me he alojado en Sudamérica! ¡El personal es increíblemente hospitalario y el desayuno es magnífico! El mayordomo y el personal de limpieza son lo mejor de lo mejor; ¡son simplemente maravillosos! ¡El hotel cuenta con un propietario dedicado y una gestión excelente! ¡10/10! ¡Perfecto!

The best part was that the start the buffet breakfast from 3 am. Yes 3.00 a.m. Since from Cusco you do all day trips to Machu Pichu, other locations or activities early morning, this is something great. You start your day with a hearty breakfast. The rainbow mountain tour starts at 3:30 am. So do many other tours. So this is a great choice to stay.

מלון מדהים ברמה גבוהה ביותר. שירות יוצא מן הכלל מעולה. חדרים מבריקים בניקיון, מיטות מאד נוחות, ארוחת בוקר מגוונת נקייה טרייה בצורה נהדרת, יחס של הצוות מעולה. מים רותחים, מגבות כיפיות, היה תענוג צרוף. מאד מאד ממליצה.

Friendly staff, shuttle service to and from airport. You can sort trip etc at the hotel if you need to. Breakfast was great. Best we had during our 10 days in Peru. Lots of choice. Room was cleaned to a high standard, beds were comfy , what more could a man want ?

What a beautiful hotel! The breakfast was my favorite part. So many options especially for me being gluten free. It was very clean and everyone was so friendly. It wasn’t too close or too far from the plaza. I would highly recommend.

My experience was amazing. Breakfast lovely Ross was amazing, it was my birthday and the staff surprised me with happy birthday wishes and cake. I had a wonderful experience. Thank you Ross and the rest of the staff.

Cusco was the last stop on our week in Peru and the Sonesta was the perfect place for us to land. We were greeted enthusiastically by the staff and helped with our luggage. The room was clean, modern and comfortable with a great view of the city. The restaurant is not notch. The complementary breakfast is unlike any I have ever experienced with all the local options in addition to cooked to order eggs. We had dinner there twice. Again, lots of options, very well prepared and very affordable. Hat’s off to the chef! Well done. Consider splitting your meal as they serve more food than we are used to. They have a nice bar although we were the only ones using it. We overlooked the small local plaza, where on this Sunday the participants for the festival staged before walking to the main plaza. An added extra. We also appreciated the hourly ride to the airport. Thanks to the entire team. You all made our stay special.

En general la experiencia fue muy buena y la atención del personal fue increíble.

The location is very convenient about 13-14 mts walk from Plaza de Armas. The room was clean and well maintained by the domestic staff Mirian every day. At the reception desk Tania was very helpful. The breakfast options were plentiful and all served fresh Peruvian food along with regular breakfast. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Our Experience couldn't be more pleasant. We are in Love with Cusco and the accomodations had a lot to do with it. The organization, the cleaning, the food, the ambient simply amazing. But the main reason our experience in Sonesta was such an amazing experience was the friendliest Staff. Very friendly, talkative I loved it. And a special thank to the beautiful Ladies Clara, Ross and Isabelita ❤️ that were always ready to help with a smile on their faces.
