Nice hotel meets north American Standards
Pros:

The buffet beakfast was the best I have ever had, there was an egg station, juice station, bread station, gluten station, cheese section, cooked Peruvian foods, chia pudding, fresh foods, wow!
The executive room was spacious and well appointed, same with the bathroom.

Cons:

We did not sleep Daturday night due to the bar next door, music was thumping from 11pm to 5am, we did not sleep even though, I had ear plugs in my ears! Sunday and Monday night was quiet. Thank god!

Disappointing stay, expected better

Comfy beds, ok breakfast

Cons:

Disappointing stay. The reception staff was unhelpful—we were promised an airport transfer at check-in, only to have it denied later, forcing us to argue to get it sorted. Furthermore, there is no AC. The rooms were stiflingly hot, reaching 31°C during our July trip. Would not recommend during the summer.

O hotel disponibilizou o transfer para o aeroporto. Parabéns!

O bar atendia a muitos hóspedes e havia somente um funcionário, o qual se desdobrava para encaminhar pedidos, fazer drinks e fechar contas, além de organizar o ambiente.
