Stay at the Sonesta ~ You’ll be glad you did.
Pros:

Central location: easy access to all the sites. Hotel provided shuttle from airport. Arrived early on check in day, was promptly greeted and accommodated. Friendly atmosphere. Room was clean and modern.Restaurant has great variety of food- shout out to Clara for her excellent service with a smile. Highly recommend staying at the Sonesta.

Pros:

Absolutely brilliant hotel nothing was too much trouble. Service amazing, room brilliant. Location 10mins walk from main square. Right opposite local market. Buffet breakfast lovely

Great location - Wonderful Staff
Pros:

Excellent accommodations and great location. Only blocks away from the City Square. Room was very comfortable and breakfast was wonderful for plant-based eaters. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, the hotel I choose when visiting Cusco.

The breakfast was buffet style and provided plenty of choices.

Le bruit le bruit et encore le bruit, impossible de faire une sieste en journée, avec le ménage bruyant en permanence, les talkie walkie et autres
Beaucoup de groupes reçus dans l’hôtel, donc un côté usine. Et les groupes se croient tout permis

Fantastic experience, would recommed to anyone travelling to Cusco
Pros:

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. No noise. Room service was excellent. Staff was helpful whenever any inquiries were made. It was just a 10 minutes drive from the airport to the hotel. Breakfast started at 3.00am and had a wide selection of food to choose from. Local dishes was excellent.

Pros:

No complaints here, hotel very central, clean and amazing breakfast.
Partner needed oxygen as he couldn’t breath (very thin air) available free on request but you need to buy the tube.
Shout out to Clara and Fransisco who gave excellent service.
