Sonesta Hotel Cusco

The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the bathroom was amazing...spacious and clean and modern. Love that I could get coffee on my floor anytime. Breakfast was good too. Helpful tourist desk.

I had a wonderful experience in Cusco. The hotel was conveniently located, within walking distance of the main square. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The nightly sweet treats with an inspirational message was lovely. Breakfast had a large selection of offerings. The shuttle to the airport was like a welcome extra bonus.

Breakfast has a large selection of food for all type of tastes and diets, quality is relatively good. The service provided by ALL the personnel is highly professional, very friendly and warm, makes you feel pampered by their attention.

O hotel é realmente diferenciado! Ficamos quase uma semana em Cusco e com tantos passeios longos e cansativos, optamos por um bom hotel para garantir nosso descanso - e valeu muito a pena. Toda a equipe é muito solícita, com cuidados além do básico (todos os dias deixavam uma bolachinha a tarde no quarto e águas frescas). O quarto é muito confortável, com bom isolamento térmico e de ruído, além de uma excelente cama, chuveiro e secador de cabelo profissional (um baita diferencial hahaha). O café da manhã é sensacional, acordamos ansiosos todos os dias para aproveitar. O fato de não ser tão perto da Plaza de Armas não foi um problema - andamos todos os dias até lá (dá menos de 10 minutos) e foi bem gostoso. Indico com certeza!

Excelente todo. La ubicación, su cercanía a todo. Al centro comercial, al centro histórico, a la estación de Wanchac para ir a tomar el tren con destino a MachuPicchu. Me gustó el servicio de traslado al aeropuerto gratuito. Todo excelentemente coordinado. El restaurante con el que cuenta, la carta que ofrece y la atención de todos en general y de FLOR en particular. Con delicadeza y afecto te hace sentir como en casa. Una divina. Siempre atenta a cubrir nuestras necesidades.

Hotel Restaurant. We were a group of 6 the service was quite hap hazard. Having been given menus we waited ages for our order to be taken, we had not been given a drinks menu and we eventually got up and found a wine menu. 30 minutes later our drinks arrived well half did and we waited another 15 minutes for them.but only after we chased them we had all.but finished the drinks when eventually the food arrived the pork rind had no rind and was so overcooked and dry unable to finish, one of the guinea pig dishes again so over cooked meat was dry and tough the other meals were passable but inherently forgettable. Overpriced and poorly executed

Great location in Cusco and terrific service. Couldn't find a nicer hotel and location with access to the markets and historic sites all within short walking distance. Restaurant serves a fantastic breakfast with items to fit all tastes. Great service especially from the front desk, including Vivian, Tania, Bertha and David. Very comfortable stay and very quiet.

Las habitaciones eran muy cómodas, el desayuno muy bueno y variado. El restaurante ofrece un menú para cenar muy completo para cuando desees no salir del hotel.

La atención del personal es muy buena, se preocupan de cada detalle, muy atentos y serviciales.

Look no further for a place to stay in Cusco because this is a stellar find! From our arrival into the hotel we were greeted with a welcome drink (chicha morada) and a biscuit and the reception staff were always polite and courteous. The rooms on level 6 were spacious and comfortable and we really appreciated the free coca tea and biscuits.
The breakfast was out of this world. The variety was just incredible and I have never been to a hotel breakfast with that much to offer. There were Peruvian dishes also which were wonderful to try. I would return to this hotel just for the breakfast alone.
But what made this hotel truly stand out for us was the integrity and professionalism of the staff. I left a (expensive) necklace in the bathroom and only realised hours after I had checked out. I phoned the hotel and they said they would look into it for me. When I returned back to the hotel (we were able to leave our suitcases at the hotel whilst we went away for two days to Machu Picchu which was also greatly appreciated) they had found the necklace and had it ready for me to collect! I thought I would never see it again and can’t thank the staff enough!
