This is by far one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The highlights were the staff with their impeccable service especially Marianella. The breakfast buffet was another highlight with its amazing selection including traditional Andean foods. Location was also amazing, very close to Plaza de Armas and next door to Wanchaq Train station. Great value for money overall. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Cusco.
The sofas in the lobby area are not firm nor comfortable.

Vor allem das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielseitig. Besonders gut gefallen nah uns, dass es auch viele typisch peruanische Gerichte gab. Das Personal, vor allem beim Frühstück war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Allerdings könnte beim Frühstück etwas schneller aufgefüllt werden.
Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut und alles war stets sauber. Sehr geräumige Zimmer.
Aus dem Schacht im Badezimmer kam ständig Musik. Das war etwas störend.
The staff was extremely helpful and hotel is wonderful will recommend for anyone. I would thank the help of the manager in charge Vanessa for her help in spending so much time to help me to get the flight checked in and print the boarding passes. Even though she was very busy she helped us.

Muy a mi pesar no le puedo dar una buena puntuación al hotel porque no disfrute nada la estancia, debido principalmente a que no pude descansar. Se oía demasiado el ruido de la calle, tanto el tráfico como a la gente que salía de madrugada de las discotecas. El personal no quiso/pudo arreglar mi problema y pasé 5 noches horribles sin casi dormir.
Nice rooms, breakfast started early, location was good. Tania and Victor were especially helpful and always welcomed me with a smile.
