La atencion y la disposicion del personal. Florencia nos brindo asistencia todos los dias durante el desayuno y sus sugerenciss fueron muy valiosas para nosotros

Gostei do tratamento dos funcionarios, especialmente recepção (que ficou com nossas malas) e o transfer (Lucas).

la habitación tenia una ventana con baja aislación por lo que se sentia mucho ruido desde la calle, y el black out no lograba tapar por completo el sol, además no habia aire acondicionado por lo que si o si habia que abrir la ventana y el ruido no se iba.

El desayuno buffet es realmente bueno, muy variado, mucha fruta, jugos naturales y con preparaciones exquisitas en base a productos locales es el mejor buffet en este tipo de hoteles.
Otro punto a destacar es el servicio, la atención personalizada con excelente disposición de todo el personal desde que se ingresa a la salida del hotel.

早餐最早五點供應，選擇算多，味道都唔錯。所有旅行團都可以嚟酒店pick up。Room service叫嘢食24小時供應，價錢唔貴平過佢地自己餐廳價錢hahaha，味道好，份量大。
雖然有免費機場接駁車，但要一日前通知。本身係無問題。但係酒店職員無告知我。當我離開當日，想佢哋幫我安排嘅時候，先話我知。其實應該我check in既時候就要通知我，再好一點就係我check in時候問我需唔需要在check out 幫我安排去機場接駁車。我住602室，行政雙人間- 配有一張特大號床。房好大，但好凍。得一個小暖爐，無暖氣，完全唔夠暖。
