Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.

Abbiamo chiesto una colazione vegetariana da asporto e ci hanno rassicurati che avrebbero preparato un sandwich con il formaggio, ma non è stato fatto. Oltretutto il box colazione non conteneva altro cibo al di fuori di una piccola banana

Locations, staff, facilities..absolutely perfect !
Great location close to everything yet away from the crowds. Very safe with staff monitoring the entrance at all hours. Interior courtyards offered small spaces to enjoy away from the city, and offerings of filtered water and tea was always available. Staff were very friendly and always had a solution to my questions.
It is not a dislike just a comment: I opted to hang my towels to communicate I didn’t want them replaced, but they were still replaced daily.
L'hotel Rumi Punku si trova su una via poco trafficata di Cuzco, a 400m da Plaza de Armas e vicino a Plazoleta Nazarenes. Salendo una piccola stradina fatta di gradini, ci si trova nel quartiere pittoresco di San Blas. L'hotel è composto da uno staff straordinario: stanze sempre pulite, persone sempre disponibili e gentili.
Le camere sono dotate di un grande letto molto comodo, un bagno delle giuste dimensioni e di un appenderla con scaffali che permette di sistemare al meglio le proprie cose. Hanno inoltre un sistema di riscaldamento che funziona dalle 19 alle 7 del mattino, il che permette di riposarsi in un clima accogliente e di dormire con la giusta temperatura.
I pati
i esterni sono tuttavia il vero fiore all'occhiello dell'hotel: tipici e carattestici, vi faranno immergere sin da subito nell'atmosfera andina della citta.
La colazione è a buffet e disponibile tutti i giorni dalle 5 alle 10 nella sala adiacente alla hall, con un caminetto acceso che vi riscalderà e renderà tutto più magico.
Se soggiornate a Cuzco, consiglio vivamente questo hotel: ho soggiornato qui 10 notti e non ho avuto alcun problema.
Heel vriendelijk personeel. Onze bagage kon er blijven tijdens onze driedaagse tour in de Secret Valley. Kamers waren ruim, maar hangt van het type af. Goede bedden. Charmante uitstraling en sfeer; uitstekende ligging.
Eerste twee dagen hadden we kleinere kamers en die voelden ietwat benauwd aan.
Loved the location, the building and the rooms. It has a very cosy atmosphere. Beds and pillows are great. Mini bar, slippers and bathrobes included. You can open the windows (although around 5 am you smell the chimneys in Cusco)and you don’t hear other guests. Very peaceful hotel.
Rooms are very hot, even in July which is winter season in Peru. And just like last year, some equipment in the rooms made noise (a fridge, a toilet or a machine running in a room behind you).
Breakfast is OK but very limited.
Really welcoming and accommodating staff, and nice room. Good bathroom with strong water pressure. Free tea and laundry service were great perks.
We stayed in two rooms (we needed another room after a hike for one night). The second room smelt quite musty and damp. We had no issues with the first room we stayed in.

Great location. Very helpful staff answering all my questions before arrival :) Hotel is comfortably situated witing walking distance to all you need to see/do in Cusco. Breakfast was really nice, big choice of fruit and juices.
The room is a bit dodgy, floor was cold and the bathroom was cold as there was no heating in there.
Havia vazamento no box do banheiro e todo dia formava uma poça de água na parte externa. Não nos trocaram de quarto e não resolveram o problema após comunicarmos o problema.
Really nice hotel with a lovely extensive breakfast! Comfortable beds and very friendly staff. Easy and quick check-in! This was a great place to stay after our Salkantay Trek. Also very close to the downtown square.
The bathroom floor can get cold!
Everything about Rumi Punku was charming!! We felt very safe. Breakfast was very good. We loved the dining room & used it one night to eat the food we brought back.
