El mejor lugar para quedarte
Pros:

El personal sumamente amable, excelente ubicación, el desayuno con amplia variedad, pudimos dejar las maletas en el hotel por unos días mientras regresábamos a Cusco, simplemente excelente !

Pros:

I just loved everything about this hotel. Since the moment I checked in. It is so beautiful. The receptionists, all the staff were too kind, polite, friendly. The location was perfect, near the main square. The breakfast was delicious, there were plenty of goodies to eat. The room was comfortable, hot shower, cozy bed.

Arquitetura linda..
Pros:

O café da manhã é completo, excelente com bastante variedades. O Léo me atendeu com muita gentileza. O hotel é bom, arquitetura antiga e bonita. Adorei os jardins, dentro do hotel. Meu quarto era espaçoso com uma vista linda. Santiago me ajudou com as malas e é muito educado. Muito próximo de tudo. Da praça principal e da praça do regozijo.

Cons:

Não gostei do barulho, Como fui na semana das festas do Sol, foi bem difícil dormir, pois está muito próximo da Plaza das Armas, onde acontecem os desfiles. O desfile foi até as 4h e as 6h começou novamente, Quando fui embora as ruas estavam fechadas e o Taxi parou bem longe.

A banheira deveria ter um tampão no ralo para poder usar.

Me atendieron mal desde el primer día , me cobraron el IGV cuando ya lo había pagado y después no me dirán una solución clara , me dieron ora habitación que no correspondía , y cuando finalmente tengo mi habitación o cerraban las cortinas tuvo que venir un personal a arreglar.
