Very good
Pros:

Beautiful property, very close to the plaza and San Pedro market. The service were very good.

Cons:

A bit noisy from the Main Street and toilets had very less ventilation

Location was good, the room was quiet and comfortable. Staff were helpful.

Pros:

Todo genial, un hotel con encanto, muy cerca de todo. La atención estupenda. Estuvimos alojados en 2 tramos entre nuestro viaje a Machu Picchu y dejamos equipaje en el hotel, a la vuelta estaba en nuestra habitación. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

La amabilidad del personal del restaurante a la hora del desayuno

Cons:

Nos cambiaron a una habitación distinta a la que habíamos solicitado TWB por una doble más una cama adicional, la cual era una tarima con medidas menores de largo y ancho que mis pies sobresalían del colchón , y la habitación era pequeña, las camas distintas, no pudimos descansar correctamente y cuando exigimos el cambio nos indicaron que no tenían habitación triple. Pedimos devolución y nos dijeron que no era posible. Exigimos un cambio de habitación y nos mostraron una que no cumplía con las necesidades de los huéspedes (habitación de dos plantas pero pequeña y con escalera para acceder a las camas).

Bem localizado, equipe gentil e café da manhã bom
Pros:

O Hotel tem uma localização excelente em Cusco. Está a uma quadra da plaza mayor e ao lado de um excelente restaurante , o Chicha. Muitas lójinhas, restaurantes, museos, cafés e outros. O Hotel tem um café da manhã muito bom e a equipe é muito boa e educada.

Cons:

Fiquei no hotel em duas datas diferentes. Na primeira o colchão era meio torto e na segunda vez o quarto era excelente. Nem todas as tomadas funcionavam para tomadas brasileiras .

Amazing stay in the centre!
Pros:

The service, location and architecture were absolutely amazing. Water pressure was great and the beds were very comfortable! I'd 100% recommend! Walking distance to everything!

Pros:

Que hotel agradável! Viajamos em família e nossa hospedagem foi um dos pontos altos de Cusco. A equipe é extremamente atenciosa, gentil e sempre disponível para atender às nossas necessidades.

A localização é privilegiada, próxima à praça principal e em frente à Plaza Regocijo, que é linda e muito agradável. É possível visitar vários pontos turísticos a pé, sem dificuldades. Além disso, não fica muito distante do Mercado Central de San Pedro, onde encontramos ótimos preços em lembrancinhas.

Outro ponto positivo foi o restaurante do hotel. Aproveitamos em várias refeições, principalmente quando chegávamos mais tarde e já estávamos com fome — pratos deliciosos! O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com frutas, pães, omeletes feitos na hora e muito mais.

Um diferencial importante foi a disponibilidade de folhas de coca e chás a todo momento, o que nos ajudou muito durante o período em que tivemos mal de altitude.

Os quartos são amplos, com banheiro espaçoso. Apenas o chuveiro com banheira não nos agradou muito.

Destacamos também a gentileza de permitirem deixar as malas antes do check-in e após o check-out.

A cama é muito confortável, roupas de cama e toalhas macias, e o secador de cabelo é excelente. O hotel conta ainda com elevador.

Em resumo, trata-se de um prédio histórico lindíssimo, com funcionários atenciosos e hospitaleiros. Com certeza voltaríamos!
