Fabulous, friendly and memorable!
Pros:

I loved the overall experience at the hotel especially the location is fabulous - it is in the plaza and 5 minutes walk from the main plaza de armas. The plaza view from the room is excellent as it is not as busy as main plaza and has a beautiful fountain. also the road in front of the hotel is always buzzing and we like it. there is cocoa tea infusion at the reception. The breakfast is another big plus - we are vegetarian with liking only for eggs so we got variety of options like pan cakes, juices, eggs made to our choice, cheese, quinoa with milk, nice coffee etc. staff is very polite and specially Tanya at the reception was amazing, they arranged Taxi for us for our sight seeing which was very professional, we again contacted the taxi vendor for air port drop, we wanted to extend our stay here for third night as well but the hotel was full, so given a choice stay here again to experience cusco, our love to people at Cusco!!

Beautiful place, extra comfy stay :) would gladly come again
Pros:

This place was one of my best stays in Peru! After a particularly bad experience with a different accommodation, staying here felt like heaven. The room had heating (which was a must for me), the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and the included breakfast was delicious. Extra advantage was that there was no need to climb any of Cusco's steep streets to get here :) When I left for the airport very early, they even packed me a snack bag for the journey and booked a taxi for me.
