Very recomended hotel in Cusco
Pros:

Nice clean good size rooms, good bed also.
Excellent free breakfast. All day free caffe and tea
Location is very good, everything in walking distance.

Cons:

Unfortunately the windows in the room can not be opened, and I really missing fresh air at night

El hotel cumplió y superó nuestras expectativas. Limpio, silencioso y excelentemente ubicado cerca de la plaza pero en una zona más tranquila.
El personal muy agradable. El desayuno correcto.
Volvería a este hotel, porque se encuentra en una calle sin inclinación y facilita el acceso para personas con dificultad. Tiene ascensor.

Cons:

Los baños huelen mal. Pero me di cuenta que en todas mis estancias en Cusco, Ollantaytambo y Machu Picchu ocurre. Debe tener que ver con el sistema de alcantarillados.

Nos gustó la ubicación y las instalaciones. Desayuno delicioso!

Cons:

Llegamos tipo 8pm y una de las habitaciones no estaba lista y con fuga de agua, nos pareció incomodo porque pudieron haber revisado durante el día pero lo hicieron a última hora, tuvimos que esperar y ya hibamos muy cansados, luego resolvieron y ya todo bien.

MUY BUENA EXPERIENCIA EN PLENO CENTRO HISTÓRICO. MUY CERCA DE TODO.
Pros:

Disponibilidad las 24 horas del día. Atentos para contestar por booking cualquier necesidad que puedas tener. Nosotros dejamos las maletas el día de antes de nuestro chekin porque teniamos que subir a Machu Picchu Pueblo y accedieron encantados.

El sistema de la bañera es algo antiguo y costaba poner la ducha.
