The view was beautiful throughout the day. Very attentive, friendly staff.
Pros:

The view was exceptional. Staff were very attentive, they were very accommodating when we had a 2am check in and they were most helpful throughout our stay. Attention to detail:they put hot water bottles in our bed each night.

A little paradise over looking Cusco
Pros:

Lovely little hotel on the hillside with amazing views over Cusco. A little paradise with garden terrace at the entrance level and an upper balcony on the top floor. Very welcoming staff, and a nice reception/ breakfast area ( breakfasts were great, the best scrambled eggs and blue berry pancakes on my trip!). Has a cocktail list and small menu for evening meal for those who don't feel like walking down the hill and back up. (if you have a bit of altitude sickness you may not feel like doing lots of walking!) I did this for two evenings and both meals were very nice.
TIP. Hotel reception also helped me with a taxi, to get from the airport to them. I had actually ordered a taxi before I took off for Cusco, seemingly he accepted the job but never showed up. I rang the hotel form outside the Cusco airport and they organised one for me that arrived in a very short time. I gather the reason is because the last 50 meters the street is very narrow, and taxis generally have to reverse back down. The taxis the hotel uses are about the same price and accept that they will need to reverse.

The location, the room and the general ambiance was perfect.
Pros:

First and foremost the staff were absolutely fabulous from the time we entered the hotel very obliging.
The size and cleanliness of the room was perfect with a very thoughtful touch if a hit water bottle.
The breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice and an all round perfect stay.

Cons:

If I had a complaint & I really don’t like to complain, there was no lift.

Merci de m’avoir invité à partager mon avis sur mon séjour à l’Hotel Encantada Casa Boutique Spa. J’ai passé un agréable moment, mais j’aimerais vous faire part de quelques suggestions pour améliorer encore l’expérience.

Pour le petit-déjeuner, il serait appréciable d’avoir plus de variété de pains ainsi que différentes sortes de céréales. J’ai également remarqué que l’appareil fournissant les céréales pourrait être changé pour un modèle plus pratique ou plus moderne. Il serait aussi bénéfique de mettre davantage en valeur l’espace petit-déjeuner afin d’en faire un vrai point fort du séjour.

Concernant le SPA, le mettre plus en évidence, que ce soit sur place ou dans la communication, attirerait sûrement davantage de clients. Proposer une gamme de prix plus large pour les services du SPA pourrait également aider à répondre à différentes attentes.

Enfin, pour ce qui est du chauffage, il serait utile d’augmenter la température, en particulier en allumant la cheminée, même en dehors de la saison froide, afin de garantir un confort optimal dans les espaces communs.

Amazing location with stunning views and attentive staff, but need to improve the beds & WiFi

Amazing location with fantastic views. Staff were very attentive even bringing hot water bottles in the evening and responded well to our requests.

Cons:

The beds weren’t very comfortable and the internet didn’t work well anywhere apart from at reception.

Enjoyed our stay overall.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious with eggs made to order. View were great, flowers everywhere so it smelled wonderful. On site massage services available with an hours notice was convenient.

Cons:

We booked this hotel at the end of our trip because of the spa amenities. We were really looking forward to a long soak in the hot tub, unfortunately there were issues securing the necessary fuel so it was not available. I imagine that is also why the showers were warm, but never got hot.

Pros:

The property is very clean with friendly staff and an incredible breakfast. The triple room on the top floor has amazing views and is conveniently next to the spa for our massages! We stayed here 4 nights before our trek to Machu Picchu and 1 night after the trek. We would all choose to stay here again when back to Cuzco!
