Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit einem tollen Ausblick über Cusco. Der Service war sehr gut, das Ambiente sehr wohnlich und die Wärmflasche ein netter Zusatz. Es wurde alles unternommen, um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen.
Die Zimmer sind klein, aber gemütlich eingerichtet. Allerdings sind die Bäder etwas in die Jahre gekommen und riechen faulig. Dieser Geruch blieb auch nachdem das Personal informiert wurde.
We had a garden view room and when we opened the door we were literally in the garden. Amazing views to start the day with. We received a hot water bottle each night which was a lovely cosy touch. The rooms were cold but you didn’t notice with the hot water bottle and extra bedding provided. We found a stunning local restaurant called loco bistro would highly recommend.
We found the gate very annoying. You have to wait for someone to buzz you out so most of the time one of us would have to go back up the steps to get receptions attention. Not ideal when you’re rushing for a tour at 4am! Advertised as spa hotel but charge $70 for the jacuzzi … I think this should be included in my opinion. Room was rather small it was a struggle to get the suitcases fully open but maybe this is because we were on the ground floor.
The view from most of the rooms are fantastic and if you don’t have one there is a lovely garden and terrace to enjoy the view which is stunning
If you want a good view there is a lot of steps in Cuzco But we walked up to Saqsaywaman twice from the hotel
The hotel property is beautiful both interiorly and exteriorly. The gardens are well manicured and the outdoor sitting areas offer a beautiful panoramic view of the city. The breakfast was amazing!! Omelette with your choice of ingredients, pancakes, French toast, yogurts, granola, fresh and natural fruit juices. I also enjoyed having loose leaf tea every evening. We scheduled a couples massage at their Spa the morning after our 4 day Inca trail. We had an amazing 1.5 hr body massage. Iiorela and Lourdes were very professional and focused on our aching muscles. Highly recommended a visit to their spa.
Nothing really regarding the hotel. I would say that it sits uphill and has several steps up into the hotel. So after the 4 day Inca hike the last thing that I wanted to see was more hills and steps😆!! But the receptionist saw I was exhausted and had me sit and prepared me some tea and brought our belongings to our room.😊
Tenia un problema a la hora del pago, fueron súper amables pues me solucionaron el problema, tanto mi hijo y nieta disfrutaron de unos dias preciosos . Gracias mil

The view is nice, but is not a boutique hotel is more like a hostal with private bathrooms.
They don’t offer water in the room, TV is to high above the bed, location is terrible from town, cars get trouble getting to the hotel, quality in soap and shampoo is terrible, the view from the window is not good.
L'emplacement proche du centre et à la fois très calme, la jolie vue sur la ville. La serviabilité et gentillesse du personnel. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner qui est absolument royal !!! Et n'oubliez pas de vous accorder une pause pour un massage; Ruth, la thérapeute est une vraie magicienne !
Je me réjouissais de profiter du jacuzzi après 4 jours de trek mais il ne fonctionnait pas. Une des douches (une seule sur les 3 chambres différentes que nous avons eues) n'était pas assez chaude à mon goût.
The localisation was amazing and the beds very comfortable.
The service. It was very difficult to be understood. When we had a request, we needed to ask it several time before it was answered. For example, we ask several times to have our bedroom cleaned but it hasn’t been done. They also promised that our laundry will be ready at 1pm and when we came back at 8pm, nobody knows where were our clothes. We were really tired at the end. But the staff was kind.
