Amazing views on the city, good comfort hotel

Would recommend this lovely hotel
Pros:

Lovely warm comfortable hotel, felt very homely. Staff are also very warm and can't do enough for you. We particularly liked the touch with hot water bottles placed in your bed at turn down time.
Breakfast was lovely, with eggs cooked to order.
Lots of lovely restaurants and bars very close by.
The roof terrace had amazing views of the city, as well as a lovely garden at the lower level.
The shower was always warm, and the bsthroom was very clean.

Cons:

The only negative is that there was only one bedside lamp.

Pros:

Superbe vue, tranquille, terrasse et balcon disponible pour tous.
Les déjeuners sont complets et très bons.
Le personnel est dévoué et serviable.
On a eu de l'eau filtrée gratuite pour nos bouteilles a chaque matin.

Cons:

Le premier jour, ça fait beaucoup de marchés quand on est pas acclimaté.

Pros:

The staff was friendly, the food was good, the beds and rooms were comfortable, the showers were hot, we had massages at the spa on the property which was nice. The view of Cusco from the balcony was pretty. The street it's on has cute shops and restaurants.

Cons:

The walk up the stairs from the city to the hotel had me out of breath, but the views from the balcony made up for it!

Muy amable y cómodo.
Pros:

La amabilidad del equipo, que tuvieran consideración con el frío de estas fechas y dejaran una bolsa de agua caliente en las camas todas las noches. Fui a un masaje y fue muy bueno. Además, tenían opciones sin gluten para el desayuno (no solo fruta), lo que se agradece!

Cons:

La calefacción de la habitación no era tan buena.

Would absolutely stay again! Hits all the essentials
Pros:

Breakfast was great! Customer service was excellent, they stored our luggage 5 days while we did the salkantay trek and again for our day of check out as we had a late night overnight bus ride. Spa was also wonderful.

Cons:

Beds were pretty firm, a little loud with hearing dogs barking during the night and neighboring rooms (thin walls)
