Lovely stay
Pros:

We had a lovely stay. The location is good but just be mindful its up the hill if you walk from the square. However you are only about 25 minutes from Cristo Blanco. Breakfast was good, cold and warm selection. Staff lovely and attentive - we managed to do our loundry, they booked taxis for us and event sent some postcards. We were able to leave our bags there while we did our jungle trip.

Cons:

Nothing all was good.

Lovely welcoming hotel. Great breakfast and massage on site wonderful
Pros:

Rooms and bathrooms a good size. Loved using upstairs balcony to relax and see wonderful views of the city. Massage was good. Best breakfast selection we had come across.

A welcoming oasis with amazing views to acclimatise and relax in Cusco
Pros:

Amazing friendly kind staff - couldn’t do enough for you. Delicious breakfast, best I had in my travels - omelette station and lovely fruits. The most incredible view and gardens to sit in for breakfast or coffee. Location in San Blas is ideal. Great restaurant food for dinner too. The best thing - every day at 7pm the staff deliver a hot water bottle to your room. Bliss!!

Die Lage des Hotels ist super gelegen und die Aussicht top. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und man hatte eine gute Auswahl.

Cons:

Wir hatten das kleine Doppelzimmer und man hatte das Gefühl, dass dieses überhaupt keine Mühe erhalten hat, dass es schöner aussieht. Der Fotograf der Hotels hat alle Arbeit geleistet, das Hotel schön darzustellen. Der schöne Garten-Blick war die Tür zum Zimmer. Direkt dahinter war das Bett. Wenn man also nicht den Vorhang geschlossen hatte, dann konnte jeder reinschauen.

W-Lan praktisch nicht vorhanden.

Pros:

Location was so beautiful and the views were amazing. We loved the spa services available after the Inca trail hike. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was amazing and so helpful. We loved the outside garden seat spaces

Cons:

No elevator and we were on the 4th floor but the rooms were wonderful and a killer view.

The best is personal and service high-quality they'realways was ready to help, excellent, the panoramic view to Cusco was perfect. Highly recommend it this hotel.

Cons:

The floor is sckwocking and isolated of rooms should be better, because we can hear the neighbors .

Hotel sempre limpo, pessoal muito atencioso e sempre pronto para te ajudar ou resolver dúvidas, a comida do café da manhã é muito gostosa.

Cons:

O único elemento complexo é a localização do hotel. É difícil de chegar. Porém, o lugar em volta é lindo.

Beautiful old hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful views.

Cons:

I was unaware that there was no lift. There was also a steep set of stone stairs to ascend to get the lobby. There was no one at the bottom of the stairs and I did not feel comfortable leaving my bag unattended so I hauled my 40 lbs bag up the stairs my self. My room was on the third floor, but staff kindly brought my bag up to my room. Unfortunately, I happened to have a knee injury and all the stairs did not help. I would have selected another hotel had I known. Otherwise, everything was very nice. I also had to call about the transportation I had arranged rather than the hotel proactively providing the details. More info about what to do with your luggage upon arrival would have been helpful too.

Pros:

Lo masajes los recomiendo 1000%, hermoso lugar, un poco lejos del centro, no todos los autos llegan a la puerta, pero aun así hay alguno que se bajan y te acompañan a la puerta con las maletas ya que las calles están un poco en mal estado. antes de llegar esta el local Duende que tiene las mejores papas del Cusco.
