Muito agradável!
Pros:

Tivemos uma ótima estadia. Quarto confortável. Pessoal muito simpático e acolhedor. Em especial a Sras Flávia e Zulema que atendiam no café da manhã.

Hotel centrale, molto bello e accogliente
Pros:

Struttura molto bella e accogliente. Ho molto apprezzato il terrazzo panoramico su Cusco.
Camere belle, ottimo il servizio lavanderia e la possibilità di fare massaggi su prenotazione.

Cons:

Eravamo al terzo piano senza ascensore, soprattutto con le valigie è stato un po scomodo, anche se il personale è super disponibile ad aiutare.
L’acqua della doccia non veniva molto calda.
La colazione potrebbe essere estesa fino alle 10.

Pros:

Localização maravilhosa a 2 quadras da praça central, trajeto plano.
Todos funcionários muito simpáticos!
Café da manhã muito bom. E quando precisamos sair mais cedo, deixam um kit pra levar.
Chá e água sempre a disposição na recepção.
Quarto com bom espaço.

Cons:

Um pouco barulhento.
Secador de cabelo funciona por um minuto e para de funcionar, depois de um tempo volta.

Perfect location to explore this city
Pros:

Fantastic stay in a great location. The staff were exceptional ,so friendly, helpful and accommodating, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
Breakfast was delicious each morning, and I highly recommend the in-room massage service, especially after a big day exploring Cusco!
The rooftop garden was another highlight, with spectacular views over the city. We also really appreciated all the thoughtful extras provided throughout the hotel to make travelling and our stay that little bit easier.
A wonderful experience from start to finish. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return.

Amazing!!!
Pros:

The location couldn't be more central—just a 2-minute walk from the main square in the historic center. The staff was extremely helpful with everything. The accommodation was very clean and we had no issues at all. Highly recommended!
