服務和早餐都非常好
Pros:

旅館位置離武器廣場很近，飯店服務人員親切友善。 入住期間出現高山症症狀，主動提供氧氣瓶，非常感謝服務人員的幫忙！ 早餐很豐富，自助式的，每天的水果會更換，非常好吃

Cons:

房間沒有對外窗，空氣比較悶熱。窗戶打開是公用空間，容易因為有人上下樓梯說話受影響。

Wäre gerne noch länger geblieben. Immer gerne wieder!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns das Gefühl gegeben zu Hause zu sein. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Die Terrasse auf dem Dach für mich das Highlight. Dort konnte man in aller Ruhe die Aussicht genießen. Es standen immer Tee und Wasser sowie Coca Blätter zur Verfügung. Die Betten bequem und alles perfekt sauber.

Cons:

Das Fenster zur Straße raus war etwas laut aber für die hupenden Autos kann das Hotel ja auch nichts 😊.

Me sorprendió este hotel
Pros:

Limpieza, excelente. Amable el personal.

Cons:

Tal vez el desayuno puede ser hasta más tarde. Era hasta las 9:15 a.m. Considero que podría ser hasta las 10 o 9:45 a.m. No es que no me gustó pero podrían evaluarlo :).

Todo muy bien. Excelente hotel.

I wish every hotel I stayed in was like this ❤️
Pros:

Extremely hospitable and kind staff throughout that went above and beyond to support all our needs. Complimentary filtered water and coca tea was greatly appreciated. Comfortable and roomy bedroom, warm clean showers and great breakfast.

Cons:

this was the best hotel experience I had in Peru. Highly recommended!
Pros:

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming — they even remembered my name.I stayed here twice: first for a short one-night stay, and then returned three days later. When I checked back in, they had already placed my luggage in my room, which was such a thoughtful touch.

They also kindly waited with me early in the morning for my agency pickup, making sure my safety. On my checkout day — which happened to be Valentine’s Day — they surprised me with a big hug. It really felt like staying at home rather than at a hotel.

Foi a melhor escolha que poderia ter feito para ficar em Cusco

Estou sem palavras para avaliar a nossa estadia no Maytaq. Viajei com minha filha, pela segunda vez a Cusco, para comemorar o aniversario dela. De tudo que foi bom no hotel, gostaria de falar da gentileza de todo o staff com os hospedes. Flavia, Eduardo, Alejandro (perdão por não citar outros nomes) se tornaram inesqueciveis nessa viagem, que por si so , ja é muito forte. A localizacao eh sensacional. Para os dias que saiamos muito cedo para os passeios, tinha um lanche reforcado para que levassemos. Somos muito gratos pelo periodo que passamos com eles.

Overall, we loved our stay and will stay here again when we come back to Cusco!
Pros:

We loved our stay so much we ended up booking for both legs of our trip! Very nice, clean, simple rooms. Staff is super friendly and helpful!

Cons:

The first leg of our trip we had a room right on the main road. It could be quite loud at night/early in the morning.
