Perfect location to explore this city
Pros:

Fantastic stay in a great location. The staff were exceptional ,so friendly, helpful and accommodating, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
Breakfast was delicious each morning, and I highly recommend the in-room massage service, especially after a big day exploring Cusco!
The rooftop garden was another highlight, with spectacular views over the city. We also really appreciated all the thoughtful extras provided throughout the hotel to make travelling and our stay that little bit easier.
A wonderful experience from start to finish. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return.

Amazing!!!
Pros:

The location couldn't be more central—just a 2-minute walk from the main square in the historic center. The staff was extremely helpful with everything. The accommodation was very clean and we had no issues at all. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Todo es muy lindo. El lugar está ubicado cerca a todo. La atención es muy buena. El té de coca, el desayuno y el silencio son muy valiosos. Cuidaron casi todos los detalles. Incluso, el sistema de tarjeta paran ingresar a la habitación es perfecto.

Cons:

La única cosa que no está a la altura del hotel es la ducha. Un tubo con salida irregular de agua no es suficiente para un hotel que es un 10/10 perfecto en todo.

Excelente atención
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación y excelente atención. Todo el personal se esmeró por hacerte sentir cómodo y estuvo siempre atento a cualquier solicitud. Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería.

Staff are exceptional, rooms spacious & clean. Excellent location & great value for money.
Pros:

Beautiful boutique hotel located centrally in Cusco. The staff here are exceptional, so friendly & cannot do enough for you. Particular mention to Alejandro & Eduardo who were fantastic. Room was very spacious & spotlessly clean.

Cons:

The breakfast was good, no complaints but could be improved by offering a wider selection.
