Pencere yok, koridora sıra sıra dizilmiş odalar. Gün ışığı görmek imkansız. Asansör yok, valizlerinizi kendiniz merdivenlerden çıkarmak zorundasınız. Yangın çıkması halinde kaçış zor olabilir.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco.
Pros:

Great location near the historic city center, excellent staff, from front office to the breakfast restaurant area. I can’t say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff is. Just wonderful.

"Entre chás de coca e abraços: uma estadia perfeita”
Pros:

Tivemos uma excelente experiência no Maytaq Hotel. As instalações são muito bem decoradas, com um estilo moderno, aconchegante, além de serem extremamente limpas e bem iluminadas. O hotel conta com um belo terraço e está muito bem localizado, a cerca de 100 metros da Plaza de Armas, sem a necessidade de subir ladeiras — um grande diferencial em Cusco.

O café da manhã é bom, com destaque para as frutas e geleias sempre frescas. Além disso, há uma estação com água, chá de coca e outras opções disponíveis 24 horas por dia nos andares e no saguão, o que ajuda bastante na adaptação à altitude.

A região ao redor do hotel é excelente, com muitos comércios e restaurantes próximos, além de ser uma área bastante segura e tranquila para circular, inclusive à noite. O próprio hotel também oferece serviço de refeições à parte, o que é uma comodidade adicional.

Apesar de todo o conforto e das vantagens, o grande destaque da nossa estadia foram as pessoas. Nos sentimos verdadeiramente em casa. Todos os dias éramos recebidos no café da manhã com um caloroso abraço da funcionária responsável, o que fez toda a diferença. Ao saberem do aniversário da minha esposa, os funcionários gentilmente ofereceram uma sobremesa local — um bolinho de saúco simplesmente perfeito. Para completar, mesmo saindo para um passeio às 3 da manhã, um funcionário fez questão de parabenizá-la.

Como sugestão de melhoria, o café da manhã poderia ter um pouco mais de variedade, com a inclusão de bolos e biscoitos.

Sem dúvida, quando retornarmos a Cusco, nos hospedaremos novamente no Maytaq. Um agradecimento especial à equipe da cozinha e aos dois “Eduardos”, sempre muito gentis, atenciosos e cheios de ótimas dicas.

Como ponto negativo, vale mencionar que o hotel não possui elevador. No entanto, isso acabou não sendo um problema, pois as escadas até ajudam na adaptação à altitude.

Fue una estadía conveniente y tranquila!

Cons:

Es un lugar para descansar, la habitación era lo suficientemente te cómoda. Sin embargo, no tenía vista a la calle. Es un lugar bueno para llegar a dormir principalmente.

旅館位置離武器廣場很近，飯店服務人員親切友善。 入住期間出現高山症症狀，主動提供氧氣瓶，非常感謝服務人員的幫忙！ 早餐很豐富，自助式的，每天的水果會更換，非常好吃

Cons:

房間沒有對外窗，空氣比較悶熱。窗戶打開是公用空間，容易因為有人上下樓梯說話受影響。

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns das Gefühl gegeben zu Hause zu sein. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Die Terrasse auf dem Dach für mich das Highlight. Dort konnte man in aller Ruhe die Aussicht genießen. Es standen immer Tee und Wasser sowie Coca Blätter zur Verfügung. Die Betten bequem und alles perfekt sauber.

Cons:

Das Fenster zur Straße raus war etwas laut aber für die hupenden Autos kann das Hotel ja auch nichts 😊.

Tal vez el desayuno puede ser hasta más tarde. Era hasta las 9:15 a.m. Considero que podría ser hasta las 10 o 9:45 a.m. No es que no me gustó pero podrían evaluarlo :).

Todo muy bien. Excelente hotel.
