Pros:

Instalações confortáveis. Toda a equipe é extremamente simpática e atenciosa. As camas são confortáveis. Ficamos em 2 quartos diferentes devido a ida a Machupichu. Os quartos têm o mesmo padrão. A banheiro tem água quente tanto no chuveiro quanto na torneira da pia. O hotel disponibiliza água e chá a vontade, o que ajuda muito para você se adaptar à altitude. O café da manhã é variado e farto. Com certeza se eu tiver a oportunidade de retornar a Cusco, me hosperei com eles novamente.

Pros:

Excelente hotel. Localizado ao lado da praça das Armas, com restaurantes, lojas, casas de câmbio tudo ao lado. As acomodações são confortáveis. O hotel tem áreas com sofpas para os hóspedes; oferece água e chá em todos os andares. Os funcionários são uma excelência a parte. Muito educados, atenciosos e simpáticos.

Pros:

Location and staff were great. Bed comfortable and food pillows.

Cons:

Hot water most of the time wasn’t hot. Mold issue in the bathroom. It’s really noisy when people walk in or talking anywhere in the hotel due to the way it’s constructed. Not for sensitive sleepers.

Pencere yok, koridora sıra sıra dizilmiş odalar. Gün ışığı görmek imkansız. Asansör yok, valizlerinizi kendiniz merdivenlerden çıkarmak zorundasınız. Yangın çıkması halinde kaçış zor olabilir.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco.
Pros:

Great location near the historic city center, excellent staff, from front office to the breakfast restaurant area. I can’t say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff is. Just wonderful.
