Pas pour les petits dormeurs
Pros:

La personne qui nous a accueilli était très gentille et elle a été très arrangeante.

Cons:

Les murs sont très fins, on entend le passage des voitures (et leurs klaxons) à toute heure. L'hôtel est situé au dessus d'une épicerie ouverte 24/24 et une nuit il a fallu demander nous-memes au groupe de personnes sous nos fenêtres d'arrêter de crier et rigoler si fort a 2h du matin....
La salle de bain manque de meubles pour poser sa trousse de toilettes.

Pros:

Petit hôtel très sympathique. Proche de la gare routière et à moins de 30mn à pied de la plaza de Armas.
Chambre spacieuse et joli petit jardin.
Bon petit déjeuner.
L'accueil de Mercedes est chaleureux et petit bonus, elle parle français

Cons:

Malgré la présence d'un chauffe-eau, je n'ai pas réussi à faire fonctionner l'eau chaude

Somente a água do chuveiro de uma das suítes estava fria. Esquentava ao ligar o chuveiro e logo em seguida a água esfriava.

What I liked was that it was near the market and I dislike for not having hot water . In a temperature of the area (very cold) not having hat water in the shower is major.
