picturesque spot for cusco exploration!
Pros:

El Balcon is stunning; the views of Cusco from the property, the garden is beautiful + many of the restaurant herbs come directly from it, the rooms are lovely. This is a wonderful place to stay in Cusco, just a short walk to the Plaza and its sights, but tucked away enough to get a good nights sleep and feel like you're in a different world.

Beautiful and cozy!
Pros:

Phenomenal! This place was so warm and quaint. I absolutely loved my stay here. I recommend anyone who is looking for a unique stay in Cusco to stay here.

One of the best stays of our trip
Pros:

Excellent from start to finish. They surprised us with a room upgrade at check-in, and the room was clean, comfortable and well kept. Breakfast was good, and the staff — both day and night shifts — were friendly, available and genuinely attentive. Easily one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommended, good value and relaxing atmosphere.

Located at the top of a hill but otherwise quite convenient to the city center.

Great place to stay, close to everything but still quiet.
Pros:

Pros:

Excellent location and helpful staff. The kitchen staff for the breakfast were very friendly. The hotel has been recently renovated so the rooms are clean and modern.

Cons:

The WiFi was not very strong in our room. The heating was a portable heater and a couple of times it could have been a little warmer. I would recommend the hotel place air fresheners in the bathroom as at times it did get a bit smelly. I think that was down to the water though and not the the cleanliness, which we had no problem with.

Clean room and hotel but pricey for room without windows

Nice garden, great bed and very clean room and bathroom!

Cons:

Room without window while garden view was promised. Garden view only possible with open front door.

Room without a window for a price of more than 100 dollars per night is overpriced.

Pros:

Absolutely loved this hotel. The location was great as we could just walk to anything we wanted to see! Staff were so helpful and so nice!
