Pros:

Mooie accommodatie, ruime kamer en badkamer, goed bed, lekker ontbijt. We gaven ook onze was af en dit kwam perfect en snel terug.

Cons:

Heel slecht wifibereik in onze kamer (nummer 7), geen kast of opbergruimte voor kledij. In sommige kamers kan je last hebben van de voorbijrijdende auto's op de kasseien...

Die Lage und Aussicht ist hervorragend. Wir hatten die Suite mit Balkon und Kamin. Der Kamin wurde zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt beheizt, so dass das Zimmer nach Rückkehr vom Restaurant abend angenehm warm war.

Cons:

Das Zimmer bietet für uns zu wenig Ablagefläche für Koffer bzw. Kleidung. Der Straßenlärm ist unerträglich und ab 04.00 Uhr morgens ist Schlafen vollkommen unmöglich. Dafür, dass es sich hier um eine schmale Gasse handelt, ist der Verkehr unfassbar, wie generell in Cusco.

Amazing place! Traditionally decorated rooms, traditional buildings, a superb view of the city and mountain peaks from the family suite, breakfast was delicious, cooked to order plus many buffet options. The restaurant was a highlight of it all - with the most caring and dedicated chef. She even went to her own garden in the dark to bring us some munya tea leaves!! The best accommodation during our 3 week Peru trip!

Sehr bequeme, grosse Betten. Sehr nettes Personal. Schöne Lage vom Hotel (gute Aussicht vom Innenhof). Gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Gartenblick gebucht. Das Zimmer war jedoch eher wie ein Bunker mit einem Fenster zur Strasse, um aus diesem Fenster zu schauen, musste man sich auf einen Stuhl stellen.

picturesque spot for cusco exploration!
Pros:

El Balcon is stunning; the views of Cusco from the property, the garden is beautiful + many of the restaurant herbs come directly from it, the rooms are lovely. This is a wonderful place to stay in Cusco, just a short walk to the Plaza and its sights, but tucked away enough to get a good nights sleep and feel like you're in a different world.
